The most important concept that I have realized about happiness: i tend to become sad

when i dont get what i want for example i didnt get into preferred mba college, i got divorced and
lost the love of my life. I also tend to get suddenly happy when i get what i want. When i was
preparing to meet with Sugra, i started working out at the gym harder and started having positive
outlook towards life. I became cheerful and enthusiastic during the day etc.

This is very wrong and negative concept toward happiness. When you are sad when you dont get
something is an insult to the already amazing life you are living. You are wearing the best of clothes,
you get to eat the best of foods, parties, weddings, ramzaan, most understanding and amazing
parents, most beautiful city, amazing work environment, beautiful home, best of education,. The list
of my gifts is practically infinite. And if you are still unhappy when you dont get a particular thing
then it is an insult to all the previously mentioned gifts that you receive daily.

Happiness does not depend one receiving one particular thing only but is a combination of realizing
and living all the numerous other gifts that you receive daily.

There is a huge difference between happiness and lust.

Craving for young girls and imagining about sex is not happiness but lust. If you observe yourself
craving for lust that sop yourself and pursue thing that brings you happiness.

Happiness does not depend on getting/receiving what you want. Happiness is just a choice you make
in how are you going to live your day. Do the things that make you happy and at the end of the day
you will sleep a happy man.

You tend to masturbate when you have not collected enough happy points throughout the day. You
masturbate only when you are sad.

Happiness has to be collected like points in game by completing the task associated with happiness
throughout the day.

What is happiness?

1. Breathing heavily when doing heavy workout at the gym.


2. Looking at your nice physique in the mirror
3. Opening shop on time.
4. Realizing that you prayed namaaz, quran sharif, tazbi etc on time and fulfilled your basic
obligations of Muslim today.
5. Cheerful optimistic outlook all day along.
6. Interaction with customers in the best possible way.
7. Walking fast early in the morning doing deep breathing exercises.
8. Looking at mom and dad happy. They become happy when you fulfil your bare minimum
duties like waking up on time, namaz, exercise, shop on time etc. which in turn make you
happy.
9. Charging mobile at night so as to use it all day.
10. Creating a good example in front of your employees.
11. Working with full intensity.
12. Doing wuzu and all tazbis and duas before sleeping.
13. Doing all the above at its fixed designated time.
14. Learning about islam ,reading Islamic books
15. Reading philosophy on being a better person. David deida etc.
16. Happiness is getting good nights sleep.

Things that make you sad.

Not doing the things that make me happy makes you sad. There is no state in between
happiness and sadness. You are either happy or sad. Only one state exists at a time. If you dont
do the things that make you happy you are sad. Simple. Happiness is like pushing a cart upslope.
If you stop pushing the cart comes back down and falls in the pit of sadness.
