The water spread area of the following DPRs are reported less than 5.0 Ha.
Hence the proposals are not meeting the RRR of Water bodies Guidelines.

Some of water bodies water spread area is not entered correctly as per area
calculation based on contour intervals. However some of DPRs not mentioned the
units of area calculation from contours. The same may be rectified.
Latitude and longitude of following water bodies are not shown any water body
when viewed on Google Earth. The same may be clarified/corrected.

Water body locations of DPR No. 223,224,231 & 266 are showing out of Adilabad
district boundary (not within the district). The location of water bodies may be re-
checked.
Rainfall-Runoff calculation is not considered 75% dependable year rainfall data.
The descending order of monthly wise data has been considered for rainfall-
runoff calculation. The same may be corrected.

In crop water requirement calculation, the canal efficiency and field application
efficiency has been adopted on higher side (85% & 90% respectively). A
combined efficiency of more than 60-65% is not feasible in the proposed area
(refer crop water requirement calculation).
The crop water calculation the monthly rainfall of 75% dependability year should
be considered.
 The benefit cost ratio calculation is not as per CWC format. However the BCR
calculation of DPRs is not uniform method. All the DPRs are needs to be
checked.
Most of DPRs are reported two Benefit Cost Ratio calculations sheets.
The following DPRs are reported the BCR is less than 1.00 and not meeting the RRR
of water bodies guidelines.

In benefit cost ratio calculation the expenditures are not matching with
Agricultural Dept certificate. However no yield particulars of crop are included in
the Agricultural certificate. The BCR calculation may be re-checked with
agricultural deportment inputs.
Most of the DPRs not mentioning the detailed status of existing structure like Bund,
Weir, Sluice and Irrigation channels.
Some of DPRs are provided quantity calculation of bund.
Some of DPRs are not provided the Unique ID (DPR.No. 232,238,239 to 245, 256,
269).
Some of water bodies are not included the contour drawing of water body and
command area pertaining to the tank.
Most of the DPRs the Ayacut details, water spread area and storage capacity details
are inconsistence. The data values may be reconciled.
Survey report of identification of works also needs to be included in the DPR.
Most of the DPRs are reported that the No. of peoples benefited is repeating as 86
&17 (16 DPRs having same values). The same may be reconciled.
In DPR No.249 (MI Tank near Muthnur Village), the provision of cross drainage
structures (Aqueduct, under tunnel, Super passage & Pipe culvert) along the canal
is included in the estimate (Rs.207.8Lakhs). However the present statuses of such
structures are not provided. As per the detailed estimate, its looks proposal of new
structures. The same may be clarified.
