Observations-

Retailers are mainly not happy with the margin provided by the company

The Retailers are not satisfied with replacement policy.

The Retailers complain that they do not receive Display amount for many months.

According to retailers margin provided by other companies like Danone, Nestle is high.

High Demand for chass and Amul Kool from most shops.

The Whipping cream which is required in smaller Quantity like 200ml which is asked by
consumer is not available with the distributor. Thus retailers do not place order for same.

The billing provided by Jawahar Distributor is not precised and some Retailers are not happy
with it. They complain about some unfair changes take place in billing about rate and quantity.

Their is also some issue with the salesmen,When one of the salesmen is absent other one have
to cover his beat and which is very tiring and they also do not get any incentive or salary for the
same.

Some of the new store approached which were earlier buying from wholesale market.

Observations-

Some issues are same with Chembur market as Less Margin & Replacement policy.

The Market was little less active as that was the holiday season as the daily visits of customer is
low.

Competitors provide good scheme to the retailers hence they have switched from Amul.

Some products are in demand but are not available with distributor

Product like Amul Pro, Amulya and Amul Choco butter is in very less demand as their
competitors are much established brands & Market leaders in Chocolate sauce and Health drinks
like Bournvita, Boost, Nutella etc

Sometimes the products ordered by retailers does not get delivered as they are not avail with
Distributors

Observations-

There is huge demand of Amul Chaas, Lassi and Amul Kool is observed.

The Display amount is received after 4 to 5 months for which Retailers are not happy.

Some products of Amul were not available for weeks due to which the retailers kept other
brands product which taken over Amuls demand( Now customer Preference is shifted)

There are many small outlets of hotels in Ghatkopar area which mostly works in Evening to Night
which can provide good business to Amul

Suggestion-

1) For Retaining Goodwill of Brand Amul We need to provide a proper service to customers.

2) We should also provide good incentives to Sales representative as they are the driving force

To keep them motivated and increase the sense of belonging towards Company will automatically
result in higher performance.

3) It is very Crucial to be their at Right place at right time with Right product thus We should identify
and analyze the locality and their demand and accordingly place the products
