BelSonic BS HA 850 – Step 1

Adhesive film welding machine

The BelSonic BS HA 850 is designed to apply an

adhesive film on the hem edge of a fabric, while
simultaneously cutting the edge. As a result the
adhesive film is perfectly aligned with the fabric
hem edge.

Edge hemming machines

The BelSonic BS HA - Step 2 machines are designed to fold over fabric after application of an
adhesive film. Depending on your specific application, different machine configurations are possible.

BelSonic BS HA 750 – option 1

The BelSonic BS HA 750 is

designed for hemming fabric, more
specifically for straight hemming,
e.g. pants.
This option has two adjustable hot
air nozzles for which different
temperatures and air flows can be
set.

The BelSonic BS HA 830 is designed for

hemming fabric, more specifically briefs and
straight hemming.
This option has two adjustable hot air nozzles
and heated top and bottom belt rollers for hot
press-fit.
4 different temperature zones and 2 air outlets
for which different air flows can be set.

The BelSonic BS HA 850 is designed for

hemming fabric, more specifically for curved
hemming, e.g. bra cups.
This option has one hot air nozzle and bottom
roller shaped to facilitate curves. .
