Both Residing at No.90/1. 2' Floor, Yadava Layout. Aravindanagar,

Lingarajapuram.St Thomas Town Post,Bangalore-560 084. Karnataka. INDIA

Hereinafter called the "LESSEE" (TENANT) of the other part

Whereas the Lessor is the absolute owner of th.': property bearing At No.90/1,
2s' Floor, Yadava Layout,Aravindanagar. Lingarajapuram,St Thomas Town Post.
Bangalore-560 084, Karnataka, INDIA. Whereas Sri. M.Gnana Mani has
approached the "LESSOR" To-Let out the said Residential premises for his
Residential purpose, for which the Lessor has agreed To-let out the same on the
following terms and conditions:

1. That the Tenancy of the schedule commences from 12' h .Jan 2017 onwaids
and if the lesee desires to continue after completion of eleven months the
lesee has to pay an additional amount of rent at 5 % increase on the
prevailing rent on completion of every eleven months

That the Rent for the schedule premises is Rs.5,000/ (Rupees Five
-

Thousand Only). The Tenancy period fixed for 11 months by the lessor
from the date of this agreement is 12 th Jan 2017 shall pay monthly rent to
the Lessor on or before 10'1' of Every English calendar month.

3. The lesee has paid sum of Rs.40,000/- ( Rupees Forty thousand Only )
by the way of cash to the owner as a security deposit amount and this
amount will be retained by the lessor till the time of Lesee vacates and
deliver the house. The amount will be paid to the lesee at the time of
vacation and possession after deducting dues or damages if any and will
bear no interest of any sort

That the tenant shall keep the schedule premises clean and tenantable
condition without causing any damages to the premises.

5. The lessee shall make good the damages caused to the structure Sittings
and fixtures at his own cost arid to the satisfaction of the lessor during the
period of lease
