Thank you very much for your interests in being ___D2____ authorized dealer, please read all
clauses and conditions stipulated below for your interest.

1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The pricing of any our products in any advertisement to the public cannot be marked less than MSRP.

Any group-buy of our products in public like forums, magazines etc. is prohibited.

Any auction of our products under private of company name on the Internet is not allowed.

Pricing can be determined by the dealers when wholesale transaction takes place in private.

Dealer must have lawful auto parts entity which is able to present the products and offer an access
that customers can purchase form.

Dealers shall make the best offer to advertise, market, display and promote all our products.

All orders should be prepaid by either wire transfer or credit card. Once the order has been placed, it
cannot be cancelled.

Once you become our authorized dealer, discount rate will be applied for all of your future orders, and
there is no limited purchasing amount as well.

Dealer shall provide customers with related technical assistance if needed, and help with warranty
products.

The liability for all claims for loss, damage or shortage in connection with your shipment is determined
by whether the buy insures the shipment or not before shipment is affected.

Dealer request the Headquarter to deliver the shipment to the third place, no matter its inside or
outside of dealers county. If dealers customer refuse to receive the shipment or the delivery address of
customer is remote area, dealers shall agree to pay the extra expenses from the deposit of USD300.
When the deposit runs out, dealer shall remit another USD300 to deduct the extra expenses.

Our delivery address is same as company address.

Our delivery address will be different from company address, and I accept the conditions above.

2. WARRANTY

The warranted period counts from the date of purchase with valid proof.

The warranty does not cover damaged or defective product caused by customers misuse, abuse,
oversight or improper installation.

Any warranty claims will not include any wage and shipping cost.

3. VIOLATIONS OF STIPULATIONS

Our has right to terminate any dealers account who violates terms and conditions stipulated above.
Dealer will forfeit the right to have discounts on all our products once any violation of stipulations is
found.
Dealers account will be removed from our customer system.

4. INSURANCE & SHIPPING INVOICE(*required)

To avoid any argument, we would like to confirm your choice once again as below, please let us know your
final decision by ticking one of the following options:

We need the headquarter to arrange all shipment.

We will arrange the shipment by ourselves.

We need headquarter to insure all shipment and pay the expenses in advance.
We will arrange the insurance by ourselves.

We would like to declare total value for the shipping invoice.

We would like to undervalue the shipping invoice for 40% from the actual order amount.
