1. What is the importance of VALUE FORMATION AND MORAL RECOVERY

METHODOLOGIES in MAPUA-CWTS?

Value information and moral recovery methodologies is important in Mapua

CWATS so that trainers and participants can stimulate the reality by putting in actions
different kinds of roles for them to practice various ways of behaving when the
situation comes. In stimulating the reality, risks and accountabilities that usually faced
in real life can be decreased. Value information and moral recovery methodologies is
also important because it enables the participants to create a manageable version of
the world where they study different characteristics and correct their faults over again
until they perfected it.

2. Choose one of Mapua Core Values that for you is the most important and explain why.

For me the most important Mapua Core Values is INTEGRITY; honesty, fairness and
respect, believing that performance are more than the quality of the results. Because when
we say Integrity it can also be related to having discipline and commitment. Discipline
because it takes a person to have discipline to be honest and to be fairness and have
respected it takes commitment. At the end of everything in life people will just be judged
not according to his excellence in performance, earned knowledge and relevance but
according to the values he has.
3. If you owned a company, what will be your corporate social responsibility to help the
community?

If I owned a company my corporate social responsibility to the community is

first of all, I will organize help myself & the company. I will study my plans wisely
and ask suggestion to my fellow workers in the company. Then in having a project
in the community I will make sure that everything is in its right place, everyone is
working out their task and the following projects on work will succeed,
immediately. And in every community there should be an organization that cares of
the environment and the community to ensure the cleanliness of the surrounding
and to help the following people to be productive ever at least twice a week of
cleaning operation.

4. If you became a leader someday, what can you do about the problem in malnutrition here
in the Philippines?

If I became a leader someday. In order to help the problem of malnutrition here I

will offer job and opportunities to the parents of the malnuturion children around
the world. In able to bare a fruit you must start form the root. So If all parents in the
urban world of informal settlers have works, the chances of problem un malnutrition
will decreased. Because the supply of the food of children can only come from the
income of the parents that has work and can feed up the children thrice a day with
healthy foods. And in every Saturday I will held a Children feeding for children to
enjoy a full course meal and be healthy to prevent the problem in malnutrition.

5. What can you contribute to lessen the problem in climate change?

The most practical way that I can contribute to lessen the problem in climate
change is to plant trees and save energy. PLANTING TREES. A very easy and simple way
that everyone can do. Planting trees especially in cities is a big help to our environment.
Because trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and produce oxygen. More
trees less carbon dioxide in the atmosphere more oxygen.
Save energy so that to decreased the production of electricity power plant in the
world that runs on fossil fuels and are responsible for the emission of huge amounts of
greenhouse gases and other pollutants that to the climate change.
