First of all, thanks a lot for choosing to read this book.
All the info inside is based on personal experience gathered and put into a book by the
author (Valentino Jorno) only.
Some info might "sound" strange for some of you, and for others might sound
familiar info.
The idea behind writing this book was delivering a message and to be as a guideline
for some of you who passes similar issues but no one there that is ready to listen to
your "stories" because they sound strange to them.
so in this book i share with you my personal journeys, and you will find that you are
not alone.
I know more people on planet earth that know many of the info that is mentioned in
this book, many of them are basically good friends of mine that i trust for years, and
we have passed similar or even the same journeys together.

What is the meaning of life ? what is "reality" ? who are we ?
The more we don't know, the more we know that we do know !
Unlike the known Saying; "the more we know, the more we know that we don't
know"
The above saying is correct only in the place of the "Universe Secrets" , i call it also :
The origin of the endless energy light source (God). (as it's a description name /
informative name, not absolute name, there is no an absolute name for it).
The above saying also might not be relevant in concepts that we have created on this
planet, it's only relevant for the spiritual Cosmos Laws, from there we get the correct
concepts, they already there. (just to clarify things and avoid misunderstanding).
We were always part of The origin of the endless energy light source and it's part of
us.
Everything within us and around us is , all creatures including us, all material, sounds,

colors, anything you we hear or see or feel, and or anything else (hidden things) that
exists are all from that great source !
It's The origin of the endless energy light source.
It's everything.
Some religions call that God , or other names (you name it...), but all refer to the same
place that i call it "The origin of the endless energy light source".
In this book i call it "The origin of the endless energy light source" in order to give
it a descriptive name, it's not an official, name, there is no a specific name to our
existence ! so it's easier and better to call with a name that describe it.
that explains why i call it like that, as it looks and feels like that when you get the
chance to be there for few moments (and hopefully 1 day forever, as it's the best
"place").
It's the place of all energy that this "reality" is built from.
both, positive and negative energies/thoughts are from the same place.
Positive & Bad energies are actually connected , it's like a coin with 2 sides, we
decide which side to look at.

Once we aware of what bad energy is then we can know right away what's the
opposite direction the endless energy light source , the positive one !
Thoughts are Energy.
Thoughts built this "reality".
Those thoughts are collective within each individual person on this planet but we are
not aware of that, we can't change or access them in the daily in our physical form,
they will be as is always in this planet.
we will never be able to change or touch them while we are in our physical form.
because that's the mechanism of "reality" , it's a solid collective old thought that
fulfilled itself.
Once we get in "touch" (not physically) with The endless energy light source , then
we actually have revealed the "universe secrets".
Our collective thoughts regarding reality will not change the design of the current
reality for other physical human being, even when we are not in our physical form,
because each one of us is passing his own journey and he is learning from the same
concept that you are learning on planet earth and outside of it, so it will be as is for the
rest and should be as is.

How can we access The origin of the endless energy light source ?
There are endless ways and methods for reaching / accessing The origin of the
endless energy light source.
All ways and methods have common things.
whether it's any type of Meditation , Any religion , or any event we have or had
passed or passing, Always the main two common things are Focusing & Repeating.
By meditating, praying, passing an incident , having pain in a specific point of our
body, or anything else similar, we actually in focus and repeating the same thing !
What this thing do to our mind, is like hypnotizing it...(not always, but in the
extremist moments only).
Focusing & repeating is the way for understanding and mastering anything in this
"reality".
we know from our childhood, anyone who got the chance to be in school and perhaps
reading those lines (no one born with ability to reading, we create languages), then we

remember that every time we would do homework, or specially when there were
exams , we would read and do 2 main things: Focus and Repeat.
you don't have to be a religious person in order to access The origin of the endless
energy light source.
for me personally, i see any religion (there are many religions, not only "3"), as bunch
of rules.
or commands , or let's say: instructions, so no one will be insulted as it's not my
purpose for sure to do so.
The 2 common things for most religions are (not all, but most) are: Many instructions
+ Complexity.
I'm not writing those lines in order to judge any religion or any person, for sure not....i
simply describe what i see personally, and what i have heard from my close friends
about those types of topics (before writings those lines).
Most religions aim to lead you for thinking and behave positively (that's in most
cases, as some people interpret religions sometimes as they like, then bad things could
come out from there instead of good things, and you can see it happens till this

moment in 2013....maybe after few hundred years this bad phenomena will be
disappeared).
but as i said, due to the Many instructions + Complexity in many religions, then it
become hard to understand it for any person, then you should dedicate a lot of time by
reading things that probably you didn't need to put your current energy at all.
Let's create a new religion/method, it will be very simple and not complex ,
let's call it: Be Good. religion/method.
(it's not really a religion, actually any religion on this planet - with no offense to any
religion, all religions are human made ,human who mainly visited The origin of the
endless energy light source, many times and wrote for you high concepts, you can
also visit that area, and you can also write your own book, then it's up to people to
believe or not this or that book).
So we are going to stick to the "Be Good" religion/method......it's a simple religion
consisted of two words only.
Now, some of you, might say, what do you mean by saying: Be Good.
well, as it sounds, just Be Good.
our intuition knows exactly how we should be or act in order to Be Good.

we should Be Good first to our self then to others.
Usually anything that would do bad for you (either physically or mentally) would do
the same to others ! so never do anything bad to others, including yourself.
Now, in order to not let sound as a book of "Commands" as some religions, those will
be only advices for sure, you have full freedom of choice whether to do so or not.
because if it worked for me, then will work for anybody else. and i try to provide you
the simplest way to do it.
By the way, don't be in rush to access The origin of the endless energy light source.
that's not the correct way ! stay calm ! and Be Good. that's the main thing for now.
I know that anyone would access The origin of the endless energy light source in
order to believe that it exists. it's our nature, to seek for seeing and hearing things in
order to "believe" , and the good news, that you can do it, but there are no quick
buttons or shortcuts to do it, it's a way of life !
I had the chance to meet some people from all over the globe that know what i'm
talking about, they have been in the The origin of the endless energy light source.
And they act and behave as a copy of mine, that's what will happen to anyone who

You become calm and peaceful person, respectful that keep respect for others.

it's not about by talking and spelling good words, it's something inside of our self. you
shouldn't cheat yourself. don't act as you respect others while you are not meaning it
inside of yourself.
Remember, we are all part of this energy, and we decide whether to see the positive
one or the negative one, so keep yourself "clean" "pure" without any bad thoughts
inside.....
that's the beginning of your journey !
But as i mentioned, i don't well to make it complex way, the new religion/method "Be
Good" aim to be simple...and related to our intuition only.
now all the lazy persons of us will be happy !
Well, yes, that's the main idea !
The origin of the endless energy light source will be accessed someday by you
when you are ready.
it happens suddenly !
no one can guarantee for you a specific time......but the main idea as mentioned
before, is Be Good !
So if you combine the Be Good method/religion, with Focusing and Repeating (from
previous parts that were mentioned), then that's the way to get into The origin of the

You can practice simple Focusing and repeating style (similar to meditation), but it's
way simple:
just set and breath for few minutes everyday, anywhere alone, and close your eyes,
then try to focus on anything inside of you except of your imaginations !
focus on your heart , leg, whatever you choose inside of your body !
try to be aware of that part !
All the idea here is stopping your imaginations and thoughts from running into your
brain.
once you have successfully tuned off your brain (thoughts/imaginations) then the
"magic" starts to happens !
- Just a tip, its not recommended to practice this method in sleeping position, because
you might fall down and sleep, all idea here is to stay awake but turn off the
thoughts/imaginations.
It will takes while for you ! but so what....it's not a competition , it's a way of life ! just
Be Good. and use the Focus and repeat that I've explained above.
Don't look for shortcuts ! (not illegal substances neither anything else that you might
enter to your body), it's all done by mental practice, i say that because i heard it many

times from some narrow minded people that think, The endless energy light source
can't be accessed in natural way, or it's only fantasies....well, if you meet someone like
that, just ignore him and his narrow mind...someday he will learn this (trust me, or
better to say, trust The endless energy light source , it will teach him in it's way to
behave better and respect others).
More things to know:
Each time you will learn more and more issues by practicing the above method (Be
Good + Focus & Repeat), you will unleash many things that no place to cover here,
but anything you will discover/find, is only part of your journey/path till you get
finally someday to The origin of the endless energy light source.
So remain curious, in this case it's good. this leads us to the next topic.

Should we access The origin of the endless energy light source ?
Sooner or later anyone will access it !
Even without practice, the natural mechanism of The origin of the endless energy
light source , is leading toward the truth, towards it and keep our minds clean as
much as possible without lies, it happens in many natural ways...there is no specific
incident that will indicate when it will happen to you.
Some important questions will be like:
1- When this will happen ?
2- For how long it will last ?
The Answer for the first question will be:
no one knows when you will access it.
But, you can assist yourself , to make the "things" go toward the target "faster" by
applying the suggestions that I've mentioned in the previous Topic-2.

The Answer for the second question will be:
someday each one of us will be there forever, as it's our target, we all will get back to
our source forever.
but no one will know when he/she will be there forever , there is no indication.
in our practices we can (from topic-2) access The origin of the endless energy light
source, just for few moments, we will not remain there forever, it's only a temporary
spiritual journey (no physical one), you will get washed there (the light washes your
soul that is part of the whole collective soul), then you are back to your physical form
(to your body) , this process is healthy and recommended.

Is there Life after Death ?
We will never die , only our physical bodies die.
Basically you could know the answer alone as a conclusion if you have read and fully
understood topic-1.
but even if you didn't fully get that conclusion from topic-1 alone, that's fine , it's
natural.
when dealing with such new complex issues the mind is usually confused, unless it
passed a similar spiritual journey that I'm talking about.
despite topic-1 was written in simple language and described with many details, it's
still way easier to get all answers when you have accessed at least 1 time The endless
Next question might be like that:
what do you mean by only the physical body dies ?! what's next ?

that's a very good question if you have thought about it, but again, even if you didn't
that's natural as we deal with unusual thing comparing to our daily basis actions.
The answer would be like that:
each individual soul will keep re-born (reincarnation) into a new physical body (new
baby comes again to this planet).
this process will stop once the individual soul has learned and mastered the universe
laws, it begins by visiting/accessing The endless energy light source.
By the way, it's not a coincidence that i mention reincarnation, other
cultures/religions/believes know that too, as some of them has been in The endless
energy light source , and learnt this concept from it.
but that doesn't mean that if you have accessed The endless energy light source then
after your death you will be connected to that place forever, you might keep re-born
(reincarnated) till you deserve staying in The endless energy light source.
Even with all knowledge i know personally (i provide you in this book only a
glimpse) as all the rest you will discover alone, that will be your journey (it's
irrelevant to write each and every detail from my personal journeys), i deliver to you
the main ideas and messages, and that was my purpose in this planet, you also will
know your purpose !

But our shared purpose is the same: we should share this message ! we should share
the message of the ability of spiritual enlightenment , and not keep it just for our own
selves, we shouldn't be egoist creatures, we have a collective hidden subconscious,
and only if we unlock few things in our own minds, each one individually, thinking
about everyone collectively , then the way to The endless energy light source is way
faster.
The main idea here, is to share the peace and love between people on planet earth,
once we do so, we help each other ! it's a hand shaking hand issue ! it's a collective
thing.

Sooner or later all people should get spiritual enlightenment ! this way we will get
free from the physical form forever.
but don't get me wrong, it doesn't mean that planet earth is bad place (despite all wars
, diseases, and other bad issues), we are here to stop those things and flip the "reality"
to it's other side by trying to improve our selves in the physical form too , the positive
side, from there the process toward releasing anyone from physical form will be faster
and getting access to The endless energy light source is only matter of time and not
many lives circulations.

who knows, it's all up to you to dedicate yourself for better life now or later.

What about the future ? can we know the future ?
The current present we are living now is the future itself, there is no "future".
any incident we pass or anything that might happen someday, it might be an old
thinking of our life.
Our current present is the result of our old thoughts, that is actually the "future", so if
we look at something from previous point, then the current point would be the
"future" , now do you get the idea ?
How does this info help us ?
a lot !
by knowing the said above , we know that each thought or action we do now will be
actually our future too !
confusing ?
if yes, then read this topic (topic-5) again before you continue.
to simplify it more for you, if the present = future , and the present is a result of our
past thoughts then the present = past.
so: past = preset = future !

honest and try to understand anything written here, it's really a simple message, and
words, but maybe the concepts are little bit confusing at start, but later on those will

I know that it sounds complex, but that how it's working ! we design our future now,
so why not to turn ourselves into better persons and share this info with others ?

if you have the opportunity to visit natural places (forests, jungles), or even the sea,
just be there and practice the simple method i have mentioned, focus inside of
yourself, for few minutes, then once you open your eyes, just smile, you might feel it
someday, the harmony with nature that I'm talking about.
but as mentioned ! once it's working for you, then don't keep it only for yourself
because then you might lose anything you worked on, just share with others, as much
as possible peace and love and spiritualistic messages, or any info that can help them
toward accessing The origin of the endless energy light source.
if a person that you would like to share this info with, doesn't care, or laugh about it ,
then first, don't get offended, you just tried to be kind to him/her by sharing something
that did a positive thing to you and your life without costing you anything. And you
will be rewarded for your effort to deliver a positive message for others.
so as said , first don't get offended, and second don't put all of your energy into
him/her as you did try to deliver the message to him/her, there are many others that
should know it too, and would be more than happy to hear it and try it, don't be afraid
from their reactions (whatever they think about you), you are learning not to absorb
any bad energy from others or anything else, you only share positive energy.
that's fine if you meet such people that act like that (either way, our planet would be
"perfect" place and probably i wouldn't be writing those words to anyone) , basically

anything new to people , specially non-physical issues (as spiritual issues) are hard to
believe at first, a person should pass at least one spiritual journey or even more in
order to fully believe that it "exists", the good news that he/she can get the chance to
pass this journey as first proof, it will take some time (depending on each person), as
some people do think they are "dreaming", or they didn't pass anything.
it will take some time for anyone to get spiritual enlightenment , but someday anyone
will success , and start living and feeling what spirituality is, not only reading about it
or making fun of it.
if there is a person you would like to share this info with, then let him/her read this
book, then read more about spirituality and practice meditation.
it's recommended that they and you read this book till you fully understand most of
the concepts. that's also a good thing that you could do and get rewarded for it from

Reincarnation
For those of you who have read already all previous topics, know that I've mentioned
reincarnation (re-born), if you didn't read previous topics, i highly recommend that
you go back and read it one by one as it's written in a way that the topics are related to
each other, this way you get the information in steps, and not one single huge block.
It's recommended not to skip between topics.
Anyway, in previous topics, it was said that reincarnation (re-born) exists, i will not
explain again why, as it's already explained previously (I'm trying to avoid the
duplication of info), but i might put some highlights on specific topics/issues.
so this one deserve more clarifications and highlights.
some of you might ask, if reincarnation exists, then why don't we remember anything
from the "past" ?!
and also here again i would say, that you might get the conclusions alone again, but
I'm not testing you so i will provide you also direct answers to make it simple and
easy for read/understanding.

I have a question for you, you should answer only yourself , but be honest to yourself,
assuming , that you are above 10 years old (hopefully) , do you remember each and
every detail of any actions/thing you did before 10 years from this moment ?! I'm sure
you don't...no one does so. unless he/she is recorded non-stop by video camera.
even funnier , we tend not to remember some actions even few days ago...funny, but
that's "reality".
so how come we would remember things from hundreds of years ago... (depends on
how many times each one of us was re-born/reincarnated).
In the current life, we remember only very sensitive things that happened to us in the
"past" (either positive or negative) we remember only those memories that affected us
so much !
Our feelings are controlled by our thoughts & memory, and our memory is affected
back by our feelings...it's like a ping-pong game, the faster/harder you hit from one
side, the faster/harder the other side would be, the same happens with things that we
remember....try it yourself alone now, what do you remember from your "past" , you
might smile now or be sad, angry , etc... (Positive or Negative or even both)...it
depends. You would remember only some "frames/images" of anything from the past.
In our previous lives (considering it's not out first creation), then those memories
might come in some of our dreams, or even when we are awake, you might feel that

you did this action before.....(that's an old memory from previous life, but not always),
in psychology such a thing called by the term: Deja Vu.
some psychologist might say it's a mental problem, but some parapsychologist may
agree that reincarnation exists.
You can see this mechanism only if you will success to access The origin of the
endless energy light source, as all information will be there.
But, it's very important to mention that: not each dream (while sleeping for sure), or
any action that happens when you are awake and you know what's going to happen
("Dj vu"), those are not always old memories, sometimes your mind simply is
fooling you, and it's not possible to distinguish what is old memory and what is not.
the good part is, that it doesn't really matter ! once it's good, then let it be, but if
something bad is going to happen, then it's probably the good time to make any good
action in order to keep good things happening (it's a fixing process that we pass).
our aim is producing good vibes and absorbing the good energy then share it with

not always, be egoist if it serves others, depends on the situation).

As said in previous topics, if you have read previous topics, then you might know the
answer already.
but also, as mentioned in previous topics, this book is aim to be simple to you , so will
answer here with simple definitions.
basically, if you have ready topic-1 , then it almost tell you everything.
but anyway, lets try to simplify it more and describe it in our simple language
(hopefully the message will be delivered faster).
Many people might ask: if no one created God, then how come there is God ?
in topic-1 it's called The origin of the endless energy light source , just to describe
it better, instead of calling it God (God isn't an official name, there is no name at all).
The origin of the endless energy light source , is the area that have answers for all
of our questions.
once you visit there, then you unlock your mind and see the universe secrets, then you
would know the answer of our topic:

but i will try to provide you the answer from my own journey, there. despite it's better
that you see it yourself, as the mind perception for each individual person might use
or relate different description to anything it sees, hear or feel.
but our collective subconscious is shared , and in the shared area we see , hear and
feel the same.
so back to our topic, as i'm writing in language (that human created) i will try to make
it as simple as possible to describe.
the answer will be like that, more detailed descriptions of The origin of the endless

If you get the chance to access The origin of the endless energy light source,
then first of all, you already see and feel that it's non-physical, including you.
in that "place" "time" doesn't "exist". no "past", no "present" , no "future".

and anything else within and around the universe , hidden or visible, all is thoughts !
for example let's use this analogy to simplify it more to you: take a piece of paper that
you can write on.
don't write on it, but instead , try to move it, by rotating it for any side (left, right, or

the rules are changed (because of physical mind limits that can be released).
the same piece of paper has a big drawing (all the universe , all creatures, and us) , we

(bodies), we can't see this, we see each one of us individually , while we are actually
one (one higher spirit only) = The origin of the endless energy light source.
ok, so you still might be asking, where did The origin of the endless energy light
source (God), or as of our example "piece of paper" created from?
it's created from Nothingness/Emptiness/Darkness/Non-Existence (you name it, those
are only descriptions).
it's almost impossible to human physical brain to get into this type of perception,
unless we are disconnected from our physical form, but even we do, we learn the
higher concepts gradually, it's not always possible to learn this concept / perception
from first visit to The origin of the endless energy light source , (but maybe you
will).
anyway, as said, it's created from Nothingness/Emptiness/Darkness/Non-Existence...
now you might imagine it but it's confusing.
close your eyes.

put also your hands over your eyes, so you will see nothing except of darkness.
For few moments, it will be black but then your imagination will start running and
imagining anything you think about alone/subjectively.
so the first moments, when it was only black, that "sort of emptiness" , and when your
imaginations started to create shapes (ideas/thoughts, whatever you thought about in
that moment) , then this is how the physical place (us and everything in this universe
including the universe) was created.
The origin of the endless energy light source , was created also from that
Nothingness/Emptiness/Darkness/Non-Existence... "place".
still confusing ?
should be. unless you have been in deep spiritual journey "there" and
understood/mastered those concepts.
as i said, it's not easy to imagine or get into this kind of unusual perception, of how
from nothing pops out something, and what is "nothing" at all, what is "darkness" ?
in order to fully understanding the meaning of "nothingness", you might remember
the first phrase from the first topic (topic-1):

once your mind is empty, (in daily basis, it's never empty, unless you get into deepest
meditative stat, you need to turn off your mind, to try stopping this "high-speed area"
of non-stop ideas/thoughts creations. it's not an easy mission for starters....but anyone
who invest "time" and effort, can do it.

people in deep shock as they relate it to the pain of their physical form when they
come in touch with fire or anything hot, only in our physical form we "feel pain".
What those religions tried to do, is "relaxing" some "bad" people, so they said all
those types of stories about "Hell", and as i see , in some cases it works, as many
people obey religion only due to fear, not due to "faith", but most of them don't admit.
but it's not our duty to judge anyone. This book aim to provide you information from
personal journeys , that you will try it yourself later (or not, it's all up to you, no one
force you).

I can say that "Hell" and "Heaven" are only state of mind.

had spoken about the 4th dimension (Time) then it became (X,Y,Z,T) ,
(Length,Width, Depth, Time) , it was like a new "discovery" for science.
science relay on physical experiments a lot , but that's science and if there is no a

but, anyone who will have many deep spiritual journeys will see that:
there are Endless Dimensions.
Human brain will never ever percept this thing in it's physical form, even while
writing those lines, i know that there are endless dimensions, but i can't feel them,
neither see them, my mind perception at the current stat can't understand them,
because those can been seen/understood only while leaving our physical form.
Once we are back to our physical form (body), then our brain will get suppressed, as
it's not "designed" be in 2 stats at 1 time, you either be in your physical form or non-

Aliens that i could contact only when i left my physical form, and the communication

shape, all those stories about Aliens with physical form on planet earth i never had
seen / feel , neither seen by my experienced spiritualistic friends from planet earth.
Aliens do have a look, some people have drawn them, some drawings are too similar,

those spirals can grab you in and transfer you to another place in the speed of

but you try to do your best to be as good as possible to yourself and to others, and this
is how it should work until hopefully one day all will be ok at every corner and place
on this planet (planet earth).

The answer for this topic/question is something that you should apply on planet earth,
while being in your physical form (body).
It's very important to know, that sharing peace , love , unity, respect , and any good

Direct Answer: No.
Indirect answer: He can only guide you , but all the rest is up to you.
First of all, i tend to be away from the "Guru" tag, unless the person that has this tag
isn't thinking that he/she is the only one out there that knows all or some of the
universe secrets, then feeds his students while thinking this way.
it's a selfish way of thinking.
Even if you were provided by that "Guru" some useful spiritualistic information, that
doesn't turn him into someone that you should "pray" for.
because i heard very sad stories that some "Gurus" out there ask from their students to
do.
so it's either, this "Guru" is a liar , or he doesn't care so much for the universe laws
that he were exposed to (in case he really was , and not acting as he did).
Anyone can pass that info to you, not only a "Guru", it might be simply anyone
without all those tags such as "Guru".

share it with them in pleasure, but will not tag myself as "Guru" and will not accept to

the universe watches all of us including those "Gurus".
We are all the same, we have the same collective subconscious mind. but we are not

My suggestion to you would be like that: You are the "Guru" of your own self only.
so in this case you can tag yourself as a guru of your own self , make a lot of
investigations, there are a lot of useful info out there available for you ! you can filter
anything that isn't useful later on, but first, start getting into the subject (all the

You might get amazed, that someone close to you, know a lot of info regarding the
universe secrets, and he can be better than any "Guru" out there. but he/she hide it

Intuition !
The Human intuition is the best filter that exist for anything we hear , see or feel.
it can indicate for us, if the person that we are talking to is honest , or even further

wouldn't be reading those lines (it's not the curiosity), even if you were so curios to

(it doesn't mean that we shouldn't use it for choices), but when there is a conflict
between our brain and intuition (it happens a lot by the way to most people), then the
right decision will not be always the choice.
so we learn by the time to trust our intuition, it takes time, but once we are fully in
trust with our intuition, then have best filter ever !

being on our physical form, even if all your relationships will go "bad" , check
yourself inside, first be totally happy with your own self, have an inner peace.
Once you are satisfied alone with yourself, anyone can notice it , and you will have a
lot of friends, but it's recommended that you don't set for yourself targets in order to
let others be happy while you are not.
all the idea is to let yourself be happy while being alone , without the need of anyone,
then trust The origin of the endless energy light source, you will start vibrating it's
good energy from inside of you, you will be like a station/channel of The origin of

friends to you.
But again, don't set that as a target, i mean, don't work on yourself (to be happy alone)

Are there more ways to access The origin of the endless energy light source ?
Except of the simplest method that i've mentioned previously (Be Good + Focus &
Repeat) there are for sure many ways of meditation types, you can find on the net
many ways to learn alone for free, just make some searches.
Look for the simple ones, meditation isn't designed to be complex, all the idea is to
turn off your mind, and from there, it's up to you (making it as way of life and never
leave meditation that works for you), one type of meditation might be work for you
but not for someone else. try different types, then stick to the one that works for you,
after few weeks of trying any sort of meditation you should notice simple positive
change, don't judge it from the first few days !
Dedicate few minutes of meditation everyday after work (no need for hours, it's even
enough 5 minutes of meditation, but the more is better), let your mind rest, once you
will be able to turn-off your mind, the way from there to The origin of the endless
energy light source, isn't so long.
you should remain continuous and treat it as a way of life, as you dedicate time for 1
meal at least, dedicate 1 "meal of meditation" before sleeping, or once you wake up or

If you try to change your personality to something better (gain self confidence), but

Religions
I would like to put more highlights on this topic.
in previous topics i've mentioned religions in general, but i want to clarify, that i have
nothing against any religion.
i respect anybody's thoughts.
so please refer to this book as informative source, not a way to judge anyone for sure.
But, with all respect to all religions and tribes (there are many out there, known and
less known):
- In this book, it's mentioned in previous topics, many times the following: The origin
of the endless energy light source.
it's only a descriptive name for "God" (some religions call it "God" , other call it with
other names) , you can call it the cosmos energy or anything to describe it, it has no an
absolute name, but all refer to the same "place".
- There is no such a "Best Religion" , neither "The only correct one". all religion aim
to be similar, as by leading for good matters.

- If someone had deep spiritual journey and access to The origin of the endless
energy light source (God) , it doesn't mean he/she must be a religious person, and
vise versa, if a person was all his/her life pure religious, it doesn't mean that he or she

- If any religion was made or interpreted wrongly, to set borders between people on

so kind to themselves and to others (hopefully) as this is what you learn when you
have your spiritual journeys, even without being religious.
by saying spiritual journeys, i mean to all the previous things were mentioned in this

- If any religion has "Aggressive" rituals that might harm your physical body or
others, then stop this ritual immediately for your and others sake !
- There are also good rituals that happens in most religions, some of them called:
"Holy Days" , those rituals are good to have, as almost everybody are happy in those
days (almost everybody, because there are still many people who need help on this
planet), so it's good to have a collective happy days (holy days), i wish if everyday
was treated as a "holy day", then the happiness would be felt everywhere all the time.

- Not each spiritualist is a religious.
- Not each religious a spiritualist.
- A person can be both.
- There is no a right or wrong religion.

- No religion was the only "founder" of The origin of the endless energy light
source (God), it's not an exclusive foundation to one religion or tribe or a person, "it"
was accessed by many persons, it's part of all creatures of this universe, some people
wrote about "it" methods/books/religions/rituals/meditations/etc, and some simply
know "it" (accessed "it") but tend not talking about "it" (for their own personal
reasons/decisions...).
- Many religions have common things, (because as said before, they refer to the same
"place": The origin of the endless energy light source (God).
- You can have all religions into you, and exclude any "bad" rituals if exists, and have
only the good ones (holy days). the aim is to be good to yourself and to others, doing
just positive things/actions.
- It's recommended that you do what makes good for you and for other, but it's up to

informative source, they will guide us while our spiritual journey if we seek for any

In our physical form we can't see them, but they are actually resides inside each one
of us as higher positive energy that leads us for doing peaceful actions only. while
having inner peace and being kind to others, there are actually Angels (higher amount

Silence & Sounds of Nature
There are no words to describe the "Magic" of nature to any creature, including
human beings.
The more we visit natural places the better it do for us, it connects us to the only thing
that only positive energy resides in and we can absorb it (feel it).
if there would be water flow also, it's a "winner" combination.
In the silent places of nature we can enter to meditative state quickly, with the help of
nature, we get relaxed so fast then we can focus into ourselves (meditation).
In places with water flows, animals/birds, any creatures, all the sounds we hear are
natural, they surround us from all directions (unlike electronic speakers, only from 2
directions, or even if we have more speakers, we will never feel the same thing when
we hear the same voices from their origin = the nature itself), so instead of listening
to water flow and other natural sounds in electronic speakers, go to the natural place
itself, you will feel a huge difference.

The "realistic colors" of the trees, specially the green color, are sort of positive energy
that we can absorb too. the same if e go to the sea, the sounds of it's water/waves, are
natural sonic positive energy that we can absorb and get relaxed from.
so try to make any effort and be in natural places once it's possible.

Music , Painting, or any sort of Art
Whether you are an Artist or not (viewer/listener) , in both cases, Art has some magic
inside of it. because it was created by people who are part of The origin of the
endless energy light source, the same place that me and you and all the universe is
part of.
so, some sort of art , "shakes" our feeling inside, and that's a good thing, the idea here
is letting us be aware of our inner self, and some sorts of art can do it (whether it's
music, drawings, anything you hear or see).
If you are an Artist, so freely express your direct feelings (if you are totally honest)
into art, there is no need to satisfy everyone, as you do it for yourself, there might be
people that will like or not, but the point is that you first like it, to let it come from the
inner and deepest places of you. and i'm sure there will be some people who will like
it, but as said, do it for yourself (i don't mean to be egoist) , the meaning is to enjoy
the process, because it's sort of meditation.
Me personally also doing many sort of Arts , for example, music production and
drawing/painting, i enjoy a lot the process itself.

How to deal with Fears
There are many sort of fears on our physical form (on this planet) and even on our
spiritual journey / non-physical form.
But let's first discuss the common fear, the fear of darkness.
it's "normal/natural" thing to have such a fear , when there is lack of light then many
of us might feel some fears or insecurity.
it's possible to handle that by positive thinking and imagining the light in our mind,
even it's dark, try to imagine the light (white/yellow lights) then from your
imagination try to pull it to your whole body, down to lowest area (to your foot), you
will feel secure, safe and more confidence. it works, try it (repeat it many times).
When mentioned above that fears also exist also in our non-physical form (in our
spiritual journey), the same basics applies exactly as in our physical form, try to
absorb only the good energy by thinking positive, stay in positive stat, think positive,
and no fears will be, even if there will be, you will not be harmed, you will learn how
to deal with them later on. anything new that you discover, is only another lesson you
learn/achieve for the next time/journey.

Sometimes, fears are "good sign" in our physical form, it depends on the situation. for
example, if something is going to harm us (machine/car/wild animal attack/etc...) we
will feel some fear, and our intuition will let us know that we should do any action to
rescue ourself, in such cases this sort of fear is a risk management system for our
physical body, we would feel fear for few moments then we would do any action to
stay safe. but if it was fear from imaginations only (in darkness or while sleeping)
then practice the absorbing of positive light energy that was said above.

The Universe Laws
The origin of the endless energy light source, has built in mechanism that can't be
changed, any action that we do in our physical form or non-physical form will lead
back to the same reaction.
In our spiritual Journey (non-physical form) we see the results right away (as a mirror
image - anything we do on front of mirror we will see). anything will happen within
the speed of thought, if we think positive we will see/hear/feel positive, and if our
thoughts were negative then we will see/hear/feel negative (bad) but we will not be
harmed , we will learn the lesson to avoid bad thoughts (so it's done for good purpose,
you are learning, it's ok to do mistakes sometimes then learn the lessons).
In our physical form (on planet earth), we see the reactions of our actions with delay,
not right away, so we may be involved in "bad" incident, but it would be a
result/reaction of an old "bad" action we did in the past and we forgot it, or even from
previous lives (read the topic about "Reincarnation"), we are on this planet to make
fixes to our selves.

So your mission is trying to be good and peaceful to yourself and others, as much as
possible, not only with your physical actions, also when you think about yourself or

Avoid judging others or yourself
When we judge others or even our own self, we actually have vibrated the negative
energy, so we will absorb negative energy.
Anytime someone makes something "bad" for you, dont feel so angry about him/her,
you can do your reactions if those are done for good purpose/matters only, but don't
keep hating or judging this person because he/she did a mistake for you or to others, if
you can't do anything that will make the situation better, then let The origin of the
endless energy light source do it by "it's" own ways.

I hope that no wars or evil actions would be anymore on this planet, but that's life, we
can't to fix everything by a fraction. we might do our best to provide the planet good
things/actions to help/assist "fixing" some of the problems , but we should not start
judging any side (when there is war for example), just hope that it will be stopped and
there will be peace, if we can do actions to stop any problem/war while not harming
others, then it would be perfect, that's how it should be, there should be peace only.
Start by not judging anyone, including yourself, you are learning, life has a lot of
lessons, endless types of lessons that are done for good purpose by the end.

Learn to accept anything
Our physical journey on planet earth is not easy, everyone had his own "problems".
No one was born "Perfect", actually there is no such a thing "Perfect Person" and we
shouldn't be in competition to such a thing as it's sort of egoism. because anything you
would reach, you will find it later on as "boring" or without any meaning, that's why i
tent to be away from the "perfection" description.
The important point is how to learn to master your inner peace and happiness, once
you reach that level then you are actually sort of "perfect" , it's a subjective issue, no
one can say about you anything or judge you, and if anyone does, let it be, don't
"suffer" from others saying about you, the main idea that you be happy with your own
self, then you can share peace and love with others. let others know how you did it,
probably it will help them too. it's good to share positive information with everyone.

So next time you pass any "bad situation" , whatever it is, just accept it (if there is no
solution), live with it, it's your "new reality", try to be satisfied with anything you
pass, as you are the "cure" of your own self.
Think positive, then you will feel positive, accept anything that already happened (and
can't be changed) in positive manners. you need to comply with the new fact that
happened, why not to vibrate only positive energy ? remember, you are a "magnet" of
energy, so absorb the positive energy only and share it with others by telling them
how you did it, you will be rewarded more from the universe.

Resistance sometimes is good and sometimes is bad
The more you resist, the more power will be pushing you (either mentally or
physically), so you need to learn when to totally resist and when not.
If it's something that will lead into positive matters for everyone, then it's good to

then the more power and positive energy will serve all of our collective mind/spirit.
if your resistance would lead to something bad in specific situation, then, no need to
mention that you shouldn't resist , just let it be.

We have already learnt in previous topics, that it's better not judge anyone, and in
some cases to resist or not resist.
Our aim is to share peace and positive energy with everybody, but we can't force

it's their decision whether to do it or not, don't try to force them believe you or do
what you do. their intuition will let them know what to do.

"Time" arrangement or anything arranged draws a better "Image"
This is good thing to do in our physical life, and guess what, it affects our spiritual
journey too (despite it's said in this book that "time" doesn't exist in spiritual journey).
The more we arrange our time and dedicate the "Correct/relevant" time for anything
we do (organize) things looks easy to do because they are "really" getting easy to do,
we have solution already in our thoughts while arranging/dedicating time for any
action during our daily basis. so when we get to the action itself , we already know
what to do, so we start doing instead of being confused (because we have already a
"plan"), try it, it works.
The same concept is valid in our spiritual journey (non-physical journey), in that
journey there is not "time" , but there is a concept of organized-thoughts , you will
know how to grab only the picture you want by your thoughts, it's a matter of practice
too.

Smiling & laugh are excellent , but avoid making fun of others
Laugh & Smiling are good as "Magic" , they generate only positive energy ! so why
not to keep smiling when we are alone ?

watching funny movie, or being with funny friends and having funny moments
together, it's good for you and them.
But, try not to make fun of someone as you may insult him/her, unless you know that
person very good and you both have excellent communication/understanding, then it's
ok to make fun of each other if it's generating positive energy and it's done in funny
way, not insulting one. let your intuition guide you.

Universe of illusions
One day i tried to explain this concept to someone that i know so well in person , but
he got little bit confused then i tried to use some analogies in order to let him
understand what i mean, then he could somehow to imagine what i mean.
so i hope that i will explain this topic in the easiest possible way because it's really
one of the most confusing concepts.
even experienced spiritual people might get confused.
so it's ok to get confused at start.
some people might know already this concept.
So what is it all about ?
All what we see (planet earth) space, creatures, including us, everything inside us and
around us, all are illusions.
already confused ?
wait.
Now for those of you who have read topic-1, then you may say, but you said that
everything inside us and around us is actually The origin of the endless energy light
source (God),

so how does it become illusions in this topic suddenly ?!
I've already mentioned that it will be a confusing topic, this is why i kept it to the
latest pages of the book.
Let's make some arrangement (as we learnt in topic-39 , arrangement is good for
understanding anything).
There are basically 4 main types of illusions that you can notice later on clearly:
1- Visible illusions
2- Hidden illusions
3- Temporary illusions
4- Endless illusions (Dreams) - discussed in the next topic.
3- Temporary illusions:
I will start with the 3rd one "temporary illusions" as it's easiest one to explain , close
your eyes, imagine an apple, or anything else, that's only 1 example to see how a
temporary illusion looks like.
let's take another simple example of the same type of illusions from our life, if you
look at any object, for example a car, house or anything, then you might change it's
look by blurring your eyes or the way of thinking once looking at the object, then the

object shape might change somehow, but it's a temporary illusion, it happens a lot
when someone is ill/sick and he/she has high heat body temperature.
i think this explains this type of illusion that anyone almost familiar with.
Now let's get "really" confused:
1- Visible illusions:
Planet earth , space, me , you, everything we see and hear and feel is actually an
illusion.
we live in world of illusions, but those illusions are static, we refer to them as physical
world (physical-illusion), we can't change their shape, unless if a temporary illusion
occurs above them, then the illusion shape would change temporary then it will get
back to it's original static shape.
2- Hidden illusions
Anything we see while our spiritual journey, (our non-physical form), those the other
type of illusions, but they have also sort of static shape, that we could change
temporary as explained in the above example (car,house) of "temporary illusions".
so for example if in your spiritual journey you see any Entity, you can temporary
change it's shape but then it will get back to it's original shape.

So basically , we can look at the last two types as "almost the same type" as both are
"static" they get back always to their original shape, so if it was a circle and you tried
to change it's shape to a triangle, it will get back to a circle later on, both in "physical
reality" and non-physical "reality" this rule applies.
now you might ask, but why it happens ? well, very simple, that's the mechanism of
The origin of the endless energy light source (God), or shall we call it the Universe
illusions.
If we try to understand how and why this mechanism work like that, while we are on
our physical form (body) it's like telling you to try imagining the Endless/Infinity
meaning. only if you will access The origin of the endless energy light source then
you will be able to understand why this mechanism or other mechanisms work like
this or that way.
our mind perception in physical stat can't handle such an info, but once going to deep
spiritual journeys many times, we can learn how and why those mechanisms and laws
work like this or that way.
Just to simplify it more, everything is built from thoughts, both visible and hidden are
built thoughts.
thoughts are sort of illusion, and i call it illusions, because anything that is not
scientifically or physically "known" , we tend to call illusion.
and this "physical-reality" is also an illusion, because it's built from thoughts.

now it's easier to understand it, but still not to fully percept it. it's confusing.
- illusions over illusion will be temporary, then you will see back the original
illusion, as it was the first initiated illusion so it will be "always" there once it
was created, you can't change any new idea that already "exist", you can put
on it "dust" another layer of thoughts that will let you think that it was
changed but it wasn't changed.

Dreams
Many people tried to Interpret dreams, psychologists have many theories regarding it.
My advise, let it be, don't try to Interpret dreams, just don't care about it so much,
sleep and enjoy.
But as in previous topics, it's possible to talk about it.
Dreams belongs to the endless type of illusions, because it combines many "subjects"
you can have many dreams inside each other that contain a lot of information related
or not related, there is no time feeling there, so you might think a dream lasted for
long "time" while it was maybe "few seconds". the time doesn't play any rule in
dreams, the speed of thought is faster than the "time" we know and used to in this
"physical reality".
You might dream about things that you have thought about before getting into bed for
sleeping, then suddenly you might dream about things that you have never seen
neither thought about.
Some of those dreams might be from your previous lives, or maybe it's someone's else

thoughts got mixed into yours (we have a collective subconscious, and we might get
aware of it in our dream stat then we might see others ideas/thoughts),
We may have endless dreams inside each other, you might dream that you are
dreaming while your dream few time (sub-dreams), there are a lot of possibilities ,
and we probably remember part of them once we wake up.
sometimes if you have "physical pain" or you are going to fail down from your bed,
then into your dream it pops out as "image" that you are going to fail down from high
place (or something similar), or when it's a physical pain, then in your dream you will
see strange things happens to t that specific area of your body (but not always).
those only few examples to mention.
This is why i said on the beginning of this topic, that it's not that important to deal
with dreams.
Keep thinking positive, don't deal with dreams , neither let them confuse you.
Have an inner peace , share it with others, and all together vibrate only positive
energy.
