As a group, we did extensive planning and
preparation for our Twitter chat. We created a
flyer to promote the twitter chat. I tweeted this
several times before the chat and included
people who I think would join. I also texted the
flyer to several friends and coworkers due to it
being summer. Kristen was the moderator for
the chat and we had prepared the questions and
tweets to be scheduled during the chat. There
was a flyer created of guidelines to be followed
that was tweeted in the beginning of the chat.
The twitter chat took place on June 19th and
was planned on June 13th. The flyer was
tweeted out on the 13th to start promoting the
chat. We had participants from Church Lane, Pot
Spring, and several people from the cohort join.
