Your Program Details

Contact with Facilitator

- The program will be delivered one on one phone sessions every 4 weeks (3 sessions in total)
- You will be invited to a live Facebook Webinar every Thursday night at 7:30pm

Your Investment
The program price of $4,985 includes GST. The facilitator has advised that payments should be
made on 12 weekly bases commencing on 28/6/17

What to Expect from Your Intercept Facilitator

Our Facilitators serve with support and guidance. The Facilitator sets up an environment of learning,
requests. These requests are designed to stretch the Participant and assist in development of
practices, disciplines and skills that support accomplishment and achievement of goals. The
Facilitator is not there to provide advice or opinions on what the Participant should do about a particular
personal or business issue. Nor will the Facilitator give consulting-type advice or opinions on a
business or financial issue.

Confidentiality Agreement
This Deed is between The Mia Plecic Entrepreneurs Academy Pty Ltd ABN 50 055 076 989 (MPEA,
we, us or our) and I the member
(the Franchise Enquirer, you or your).

You and MPEA (Mia Plecic Entrepreneurs Academy) covenant as follows:

1. That you will keep confidential all of the information, whether in oral, written, electronic or
other form, provided to you by us and that you will not, without our prior written consent,
disclose or provide any of that information to any person other than to your professional
advisors.

2. Without limiting the general nature and extent of this Deed, the information which you
covenant to keep confidential and not disclose to others includes our financial reports,
technology, know-how, trade secrets, documents, files, records, reports, plans, trade marks
(including trade marks pending), feasibility studies, systems, customer details, business
plans, franchise agreements, manuals, franchise disclosure documents and marketing
plans.

3. That you will not use the information for any other purpose or for your own benefit or to
improve, construct or change your business or any other business in any way.

4. That we will keep confidential any confidential information provided to us by you although
the information may be disclosed to our directors, officers, employees and professional
advisors on a need to know basis.

5. That this Deed will continue in time but will not apply to any information which:

(a) is already known to the other party at the time of disclosure;

(b) is in the public domain at the time of disclosure;
(c) is disclosed to the receiving party by a third party; or
(d) enters the public domain after disclosure otherwise than through a breach of this
Deed by one of the parties.

6. That the execution of this Deed does not oblige us to disclose any particular information to
you and we retain absolute discretion as to which information we disclose to you.

7. That you will, upon our request, immediately return to us all information, documents and
other materials we supply to you or your advisors. You further agree not to retain any
copies of any such information, documents or materials.

8. That you will not rely upon information provided by us in deciding whether to make an offer
to purchase the Franchise without first obtaining independent financial and legal advice.

9. That you agree that neither we nor any of our employees, agents or professional advisors
make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of any information
communicated to you and that we and they shall have no liability to you or to any other person as
a result of your reliance upon such information.

Agreement, Acknowledgement and Declaration

I agree, as the member enquirer, to be bound by the terms of the above Confidentiality
Agreement;

I acknowledge that:
1. MPEA will or may rely upon the information in this form when deciding whether to
accept an application I may later make for an TCC franchise.
2. MPEA may decline to accept any memberships at any time if
3. In completing and returning this form, neither MPEA nor its agents are under any
obligation to me whatsoever except that they must treat all the information I have supplied
in the strictest confidence; and

I declare that all the information supplied in this form is true, correct and complete.

Payment Form

I, the undersigned member, agree to make payments on the specified dates and the agreed
amounts stated on the payment schedule below to the chapter. I understand the consequences
that will be brought against me if the contact is violated. The penalties could include having my
membership immediately suspended, account turned over to a collection agency and/or
prosecution in a small claims court. Upon default, I agree to pay any fees and costs that the
chapter below may incur in collecting my balance owed as well as a competitive interest rate on
the amount owed.

I, approve of this proposal for $4,985 including GST (minus $499 deposit already paid) I
understand that the Mia Plecic Entrepreneurs Academy take weekly payments of $373.00 from
my agreed bank account for 12 weeks with the first payment beginning on 28/06/17 and the final
payment concluding on 13/09/17. If you have paid in full, please disregard this.

I, approve that I will not share any IP given to me by MPEA as it is the property of Mia Plecic
Global Investments Pty Ltd.
