TUTORING ACTIVITY PLAN for Andrew N.

ELA Objectives (for St. Agnes student):


Decoding sight words and high-frequency words
Reading with fluency

Describe the activity in each section and indicate high/low technology being used for each part of the activity:

Warm-up (2 min) The student and tutors will review the take-home activity from the
previous slime lesson.

Pre-Test (5 min) The student will read a list of given second and third-grade sight
words and high-frequency words.

Review of Prior The student will read sight words and high frequency words on
Knowledge (3 min) index cards and will place them face down in an array on the
floor.

ruler and will record his answers.
