Informe de Auditora Informtica Sistema de Gestin de Conciliacin (SGRC)

Resumen:
La Auditora Informtica es un proceso que permiten detectar de Forma Sistemtica el uso de los recursos
y los flujos de informacin dentro de una Organizacin y determinar qu Informacin es crtica para el
cumplimiento de su Misin y Objetivos, identificando necesidades, falsedades, costos, valor y barreras,
que obstaculizan flujos de informacin eficientes
El objetivo principal de esta Auditora es la emisin de un diagnstico sobre un sistema de informacin
empresarial, que permita tomar decisiones sobre el mismo que pueden ser de diferentes tipos respecto al
rea examinada al usuario del dictamen o diagnstico, de ello depender la eficiencia y efectividad del
logro de los objetivos propuestos, utilizando los recursos estrictamente necesarios. El Sistema de Gestin
de Conciliacin es una aplicacin web que permite realizar:
Gestin de alertas de los procesos de conciliacin, establecer y monitorear los indicadores de gestin de
los procesos de Conciliacin, realizar consultas, reportes y grficos basados en resultados de los
procesos de Conciliacin. La aplicacin se crea con el propsito de centralizar la gestin de la
Coordinacin Conciliacin y Aprovisionamiento, para atencin de alarmas y operacin de los procesos de
conciliacin. La autenticacin de usuarios para el acceso es a travs del LDAP corporativo.La importancia
de este sistema para la organizacin es que permite coordinar los pasos a seguir para crear, configurar, y
gestionar alertas de procesos de conciliacin.El alcance de mayor importancia es cumplir con todos los
pasos propuestos para la realizacin del proyecto de la auditoria del sistema y que pueda ser culminado y
entregado en el tiempo que se espera quedando en total conocimiento de la institucin y esperando que
esta quede satisfecha con toda la serie de recomendaciones que sern entregadas por nuestro grupo con
base en un correcto manejo de los tiempos propuestos

Abstract:

The Computer Audit is a process that systematically detects the use of resources and flows of information
within an Organization and determines what Information is critical for the fulfillment of its Mission and
Objectives, identifying needs, falsehoods, costs, value and Barriers, which hinder efficient information
flows

The main objective of this Audit is the issuance of a diagnosis about an enterprise information system, that
allows to make decisions about the same that can be of different types with respect to the area examined
to the user of the opinion or diagnosis, of which efficiency and effectiveness will depend of the
achievement of the proposed objectives, using the strictly necessary resources. The Conciliation
Management System is a web application that allows you to perform:

Management of alerts of the conciliation processes, establish and monitor the indicators of management of
the Conciliation processes, make consultations, reports and graphs based on results of the Conciliation
processes. The application is created with the purpose of centralizing the management of the Coordination
Conciliation and Provisioning, for attention of alarms and operation of the conciliation processes.
Authentication of users for access is through corporate LDAP. The importance of this system for the
organization is that it allows coordinating the steps to be followed to create, configure, and manage
conciliation process alerts. The most important scope is compliance with all the steps proposed to carry
out the audit project of the system and that can be completed and delivered in the time that is expected to
remain in full knowledge of the institution and hoping that it will be satisfied with all the series of
recommendations that will be delivered by our group based on a correct management of the proposed
times
