JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONEMENT

WE, NOEL C. DAJAY and RICARDO M. LOTILLA, both of legal age, Filipino,
both married and a resident of D.Lotilla, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

1. That we personally know VICTOR A. LAGAA and ASUNCION C.

VALLESCAS, who were legally married under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines;

2. That according to our personal knowledge and information the above-named spouses
were blessed four (4) children namely: MARITES LAGAA-CAMPANIEL,
CECILLE LAGAA, VICTOR LAGAA, JR. AND MICHAEL LAGAA;

3. That the above-named children were abandoned by their mother and eloped with
another man other than her husband;

4. That since then the above-mentioned spouses were separated from each other;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the above facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 7 th day of April, 2011 at
Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines.
