SLNG phase 3 expansion began at end-2014 and is expected to


be completed by 2018.

There are also plans to install facilities to accommodate break-


bulk and bunker refuelling at the tertiary jetty, however, these
investments will only be made when demand materialises.

importing countries - Myanmar, Vietnam and the Philippines

DOE is working on a Natural Gas Masterplan to facilitate LNG into


the Philippines
EWC has started construction on the 3 MTPA Pagbilao terminal-
concerns remain around lack of pipeline connections to/from the
terminal
Shell and First Gen have also each proposed terminals at
Batangas

Vietnam

Myanmar Son My LNG Terminal Proposed, 3.6 MTPA

Thi Vai LNG Terminal Proposed, 1 MTPA


Dawei LNG Proposed

Proposed PV Gas has plans to build both these terminals in Southeast


South Myanmar FSRU Vietnam to serve the power sector
Projects proposed to involve imports of LNG shared by both
Myanmar and Thailand
