UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN VICTORIA, TEXAS

The Defendant objects to the press conference that is to be held at the United States
District Court in Victoria Texas for one or more of the following reasons:

1. The undersigned counsel is on his way to Victoria, Texas, and would like to have the
opportunity to speak to this motion prior to the United States Attorneys press
conference.

2. Undersigned counsel discovered the press conference was scheduled for today, June
22, 2017 at approximately 10:04 A.M by a journalist. Counsel was not notified about
the press conference by the United States Attorneys Office.

3. Counsel had a social security disability hearing today, June 22, 2017 in Corpus
Christi, Texas from 10:15 A.M. until 12:00 P.M.

4. Undersigned counsel should arrive in the United States Courthouse approximately at

2:00 P.M.
