    MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

    COMES NOW the accused, assisted by the Public Attorneys


    Office for purposes of this motion only and unto this Honorable
    Court, most respectfully states that:

    1. The bail recommended for his provisional liberty in this case is


    Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00);

    2. His family has managed to pool cash in the amount of One


    Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) or fifty percent
    (50%) of the recommended bail;

    3. He is humbly asking this Honorable Court to reduce the


    recommended amount of bail from Two Hundred Thousand
    Pesos (Php200,000.00) to One Hundred Thousand Pesos
    (Php100,000.00) as it is the only maximum amount he could
    muster.

    4. Should reduction of his bail be granted, accused undertakes to


    faithfully observe the conditions thereof and to religiously
    attend all court hearings as ordered by this Honorable Court.

    5. He would only want to exercise his constitutional right to post


    bail while this case is on trial.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable


    Court to reduce the recommended bail in the instant case from Two
    Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00) to One Hundred
    Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00).

    Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
