Pursuant to our pledge to undertake our duties and responsibilities pursuant to the CODE OF
CONDUCT AND ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

In this regards, the undersigned urged all employees here in the Municipality of Maimbung to
report effective immediately to avoid further problems in the employment.
