the baked potato and the salmon is cooked at school.

I have demonstrated excellent cutting, baking skills and stir-frying skills when making the solution.
First, I have cut the potato into a good shape for baking. Besides, I have cut the other ingredients
precisely, such as the lemon and the cucumber.
For baking, the potato was perfectly baked as it had a crispy, golden skin and was also light and fluffy
inside.
Moreover, the salmon was properly cooked. It had a fluffy and moist texture and also a crispy, golden
brown skin.
Therefore, I have demonstrated excellent techniques when making the solution.

3) Follow the plan to create the solution, which functions as intended and is presented
appropriately
I followed the plan that I created step by step. By following the plan, I managed to create the solution
that I was intended to make.
Firstly, in my plan, I chose to reheat the potato before baking it instead of boiling it. This can reduce
the baking time for the potatoes as the potatoes are already heated in the microwave. As a result, it
only took 15 minutes for the potato to be fully baked.
In addition, I also planned to wrap the potato with aluminium foil in order to let it retain heat longer.
Consequently, with the use of aluminium foil, the baked potato stayed hot for a long period of time
after it was cooked.
Furthermore, I decided to use lemon as one of the seasonings for the salmon during planning. This
not only neutralized the fishy odour of the salmon, but also greatly improved the flavour of the
salmon.
Last but not least, the presentation of the solution was also greatly similar to my draft, despite the fact
that I have added the toppings for the potato.
Therefore, I have followed my plan thoroughly, which resulted my solution to be quite a success.

4) Fully justify changes made to the chosen design and plan when making the solution.
There were threechanges made for the final product.
The first change was made when making the solution was the toppings. At first, I planned to use
bacon bits as the toppings for the potato. However, I decided to replace it by using cucumbers since
they are much more nutritious compared to bacon bits. Bacon bits contain are high in calories and
fat. On the other hand, Cucumbers contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals which are
extremely beneficial for health. Thus, due to its high nutritious value, I decided to use cucumbers as
the toppings for the potato.
Besides, I also made a few changes for the plan when making the solution. At first, I planned to
bake the potato for 15 minutes. However, soon I found out that 15 minutes is not enough to enable
the potato to be fully cooked. Thus, I baked it for 5 more minutes. As a result, the potato was cooked
properly cooked.
In addition, I also changed the way of cooking the salmon. In the beginning, I decided cook each side
of the salmon for 20 seconds and turn it around until it is fully cooked. However, I found out that the
the salmon is not well-cooked by using this method. Hence, in order to cook it better, I finally decided
to cook each side of the salmon for 4 minutes until one side is golden brown. In this way, the salmon
could be fully cooked.
All of these changes improved my final product.
