Explain:
Student listens to teacher carefully and quietly and following her steps. Raising their hand for
answer the question or waiting their name for question. She also visit the students during the
group work time to explain if they dont understand or help them to find the answer with short
and easy way. It was good overall.
Explain:
They solving the problem during the activity and teacher well guided the studens as a group.
She separates the kids with a group beginning of the activity. She monitoring them during the
instruction and work time. The strategy she used I think is a modeling and for that reason I
choose the modeling strategy from the list.
Explain: She gave the board, marker and teaching pennies to calculate and solve the problem
visually.
Explain:
She put two neighbor students in a group and giving them board and materials to fork and find
the answer on the problem with drowing.
Explain:
The students activity type is a problem solving with writing the each penny count on the board then,
calculate all and making or drawing a diagram about. They were listening their ten teachers during
instruction and explanation time. Also, they discuss the problem between the pairs.

Explain:
Stated expectation for behavior and positive reinforcement is looks clear on teachers
work. She had also effective time management, because she is not too slow or not to
fast. Only the reason less questioning.
Her procedures and management were pretty good overall, but she lacked structure in
her planning. The lesson was not delivered or modeled correctly for her student's to
gain the knowledge necessary. However, I will say this teacher did an excellent job with
what she had to work with. At the end she went to the back of the classroom and
worked with the students who may have been unengaged during her first part of the
lecture. I don't see how the directions were imprecise. I am saying this based on the fact
that all of the students seem to understand her instructions.
