(1) These Regulaions may be called te Bhubaneswar Development et a Rathonty Banning and Building Standard) Regulatons, 2001 (2) They shall extend to the whole of the area within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Development Authority (9) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Orissa Gazette, 2, In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Act” means the Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982; (2) ‘air-conditioning’ means the process of treating air so as to control simultaneously fis temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distrbution to meet the requirement of conditioned space: 1 (@y'Aie Port Reference Poin?
