the Beachbody trainers to the announcements about exciting new products and programs, there
was enough hugging, cheering, recognition, and training to stir the passion in every single person.

marriage proposal?

In this special issue of Teamwork, we honor the many Coaches

who achieved so much over the last year. They’ve demonstrated
how many lives you can touch when you do something with
heart. What you do for someone today can change the life of
someone you don’t know tomorrow.

Now that I’m back in my office, I’m more committed than ever to
our mission of helping people achieve their goals and lead
healthy, fulfilling lives. You have a role in our success, and

OF THE YEAR
DIAMOND RECEPTION
The blue carpet was rolled out and the lights were sparkling on a warm and brilliant
Los Angeles evening. There was plenty of bling, because the night was radiant with
“Diamonds.” An invitation-only event, the exclusive SHINE Diamond Reception was off the
hook, starting with a constant flow of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, a rockin’ DJ, and plenty of star
power. Debbie Siebers was radiant as she dazzled the crowd with celebrity-style interviews.

PABLO BRESSAN
MIAMI, FLORIDA
With a combination of perseverance and amazing leadership,
Pablo Bressan earned a total of 946 Top Coach points. His
outstanding retailing efforts and dedication to the Game Plan
have earned him the highest Team Beachbody honor.
Pablo was running a telecom services provider with
his wife, Fernanda, when a friend introduced him to Team
Beachbody. He was looking for a way to make a positive
impact in people’s lives, and realized that coaching would
allow him to make a difference.
Helping to stem diabetes and the obesity epidemic is
important to Pablo. The best part of being a Coach, he says,
has been “the amazing success stories that this business
brings to my life every day.”
Winning Top Coach of the Year is “inspiring my Coaches
to work even harder, and has allowed me to attract some
top-notch talent into my organization,” Pablo says.
So what’s the secret to his success? Have “a very
focused plan, executed by a team of committed Coaches
who always treat the business as a business, and where
exposure is a 24/7/365 mandate.” His advice to fellow
Coaches is simple: “Focus on what you love most about the
Opportunity and make it fun!”

TOP COACH 2009
MARK BRIGGS
Tolono, Illinois
One of Beachbody’s best customers became one of our Top Coaches! Mark was
a police officer just looking to offset the cost of his Beachbody programs and
supplements when he became a Founding Coach in December 2006. Instead, he
achieved what he calls a “complete financial transformation”—he left his job to
Coach full-time, and was able to upgrade his family’s lifestyle. He enjoys sharing
his passion for fitness, and has personally completed just about every Beachbody
program—in fact, he got so ripped that he can now be seen in the cast of P90X® Plus.
DALE CHRISTENSEN, MD
Springville, Utah
This doctor practices what he preaches—as a physician and fitness buff, he uses
Coaching to share his passion for health. A former athlete, Dale started gaining
weight under the stress and long hours of medical school and residency. He committed
himself to Power 90,® got involved with the Message Boards, and became a Coach
in December 2006. His earnings have allowed him to buy his dream car, renovate an
airplane, and enjoy special trips with his family. Most of all, he really enjoys being
an example to others. “Many of my personally sponsored Coaches and customers
started by working out with me at home,” he says.
DOUG COUCH
N. Las Vegas, Nevada
Doug’s rise to the top has been nothing short of spectacular. He was a schoolteacher
when he saw a Beachbody infomercial, started working out, and won a trip to Hawaii
as one of the original Beachbody Success Story transformation winners in 2001.
Then in December 2006, he became a Coach and has helped his customers with
their own transformations ever since. Doug now has financial freedom, which allows
him to own multiple cars and take on fun projects like a Halloween haunted-house
attraction. “I can chase any dream no matter how wild it is,” he says, “and all I did was
spread the word about Team Beachbody!”

The Top Coaches know all about motivation and perseverance. These are the leaders
whose personal production surpassed all others in their geographic region during our race-
to-the-top challenge. They led by example, and their hard work paid off. As a reward,
these Coaches received an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Kauai, Hawaii, in March 2010.
RICHARD DAFTER
Albuquerque, New Mexico
Richard knows how to work the Web. He became a Coach in January 2007, and worked
his way to Top Coach largely by promoting Team Beachbody on his Web site and blogs.
He has a strong presence on Facebook and Twitter as well. Rich says the best part about
coaching is that it allows him to be a full-time work-at-home dad to his two daughters. It
also gives him the perfect way to share his love of fitness, he says. “I am very passionate
about what Team Beachbody can do for people and how it can change their lives.”
BARBIE DECKER
Dallas, Texas
Barbie is living proof that brains and fitness go hand in hand.
In September 2007 she was a college professor, but decided to
try coaching to help others achieve the success that she had found
with Slim in 6® and other workouts. Her business thrived when she
started following the Game Plan. Now she’s debt free, and true
financial freedom is “just around the corner.” What’s more, she
says, “I wake up excited to help other people realize their physical
and financial dreams.”
JASON DIEBOLD
Dallas, Texas
Jason loves what he does. His goal was to retire from his job—which,
he’s happy to say, he accomplished earlier this year. Prior to coaching,
he traveled frequently for work and was gaining weight. One day he saw
the Power 90 infomercial and decided to get back in shape. His fitness
transformation was amazing. He wanted to motivate others to do the same,
so he became a Coach in May 2007. He enjoys participating in the annual
Summits, trips, and other Team Beachbody events, and is always aiming for
higher financial goals. He’s already achieved true success, he says, because
he wakes up excited every day to share his knowledge with others.

DENNIS HARDY
Santa Monica, California
Dennis is a product of the product in every way. He purchased P90X in early 2007,
lost almost 40 pounds and nine inches around his waist, and became a Coach that
June. His own results turned out to be such a great endorsement, he now urges
all new Coaches to start by getting in shape with Beachbody programs. Dennis is
especially interested in helping “regular guys” who want to improve their physical
and financial health—an approach that recently allowed him to put a 20 percent
down payment on a new house, all with profits from his Coach business.
DOUG FITZGERALD
Lincoln, Nebraska
Achieving the 5 Star Diamond rank has not only given Doug’s coaching business
more exposure and credibility, but it’s earned him an incredible home and
financial freedom. A true inspiration, he was a full-time pastor when he and his
wife, Tammie, ordered Power 90 in 2001. His results were so remarkable that he
was asked to appear in Power 90 and P90X infomercials. In December 2006, the
couple became Coaches, and soon Doug made it his career. Although growing
his business is important, even more rewarding for Doug is the chance it gives
him to motivate others to go after their own goals.
TAMMIE FITZGERALD
Lincoln, Nebraska
Beachbody changed Tammie’s life. She was out of shape and lacked
confidence when she and her husband, Doug, ordered Power 90 back
in 2001. She lost 25 pounds, and they both did so well that they were
asked to appear in the next Power 90 infomercial. When she became a
Coach, she was happy to be working with Doug and to have more time
for her kids—but she didn’t realize it would also lead to a bigger home,
freedom to travel, and time to do volunteer work. She loves going to
Team Beachbody events and trips, and the best part is meeting her
sponsored Coaches in person: “They’re like family to me.”

BRAD GIBALA
Royal Oak, Michigan
Brad went from fitness enthusiast to fitness professional. He had been a gym
buff and marathon runner, but when he did P90X, he changed the way he looked
at exercise. Following a period of unemployment, he signed up to be a Coach in
February 2009 and soon began earning a living again. His personal high point
was the Top Coach trip to Kauai, where he went surfing with Carl Daikeler and
talked skiing with Tony Horton. Brad has found that using the products himself
is a great selling tool. Plus, he says, “I get to run a business that talks about
fitness and health, which fits in perfectly with my lifestyle.”
SHANE HAMILTON
Garrett, Kentucky
Shane is one healthy guy. But before he discovered Beachbody, he was overweight,
had a bad hip, and had just undergone back surgery. He overhauled his fitness with
P90X and became a Coach in June 2009, and now he’s helping others get healthy
too—including several members of his family, who’ve also become Coaches. And he’s
accomplished all this in Garrett, Kentucky, a town of fewer than 900 people. After
studying the Game Plan, he says, he’s even better at making sure that everyone on
his team succeeds. His most important lessons? “Be consistent, and don’t give up.”
YOLANDA HARRIS
Grayson, Georgia
Talk about skyrocketing success! Yolanda and her husband, Kevin, were
working in retail management when a friend recruited them as Coaches in
December 2008. Their business took off in a short time, to the point where
they were collecting five-digit checks, paying off their mortgage, and
taking fantastic trips. To top it off, Yolanda lost more than 40 pounds doing
Power 90 and drinking Shakeology.® She enjoys the fact that her rapid
ascent through the ranks is inspiring to the other Coaches on her team.
“It’s a good feeling to lead by example,” she says.
TOP COACH 2009
ANDREA HORTON
Royal Oak, Michigan
Things are looking good for Andrea! She was a stressed-out loan officer
working 12-hour days when her boyfriend, Brad Gibala, introduced her to
Team Beachbody and the coaching business. Now she’s debt free and saving
to buy a house, and she calls her recent Top Coach trip to Kauai, Hawaii,
“the experience of a lifetime.” On top of that, she’s improved her nutrition
and lost 10 percent of her body fat with Beachbody products. Being Top
Coach has brought her frequent friend requests and emails from potential
customers, allowing her to share what she’s learned. As she says, “Why not
help other people and get paid to do it?”
JESSICA MATHIS
Vancouver, Washington
Jessica did it all for her family. Working nights as a waitress and
bartender, she wanted to quit so she could spend more time with her
husband and kids—a goal she achieved with Team Beachbody. Her weight
had ballooned following the birth of her daughter; then she saw the infomercial
for Power 90, lost 70 pounds on the program, and decided to become a Coach
in December 2006. She pushed herself to surpass her previous numbers
every week, and succeeded. Now her family lives in a beautiful, spacious
new house, she doesn’t worry about paying the bills anymore.
Plus, she says, “I’ll never miss another school field trip.”
SHELBY MILLER
Westerville, Ohio
For Shelby, it was all about family. As a hairdresser working evenings and
weekends to make ends meet, she wished she had more time to spend with
her kids. Looking for a way to get in shape, she discovered Beachbody online
and became a Coach in March 2009. From the start, she worked hard at all the
basics, holding Webinars, distributing DVDs, and following up with prospects.
The effort paid off when she won Top Coach and the trip to Hawaii. As a direct
result of coaching, her family has a bigger house and a better lifestyle, and
now Shelby has plenty of time for field trips and family activities.

TRACI MORROW
Glendora, California
Traci is a natural leader. As a Coach, she’s gone from a stay-at-home
mom who took small jobs for extra income to someone whose family has
been blessed by “the kind of wealth I never knew was possible.” She was
a longtime Beachbody customer who loved helping others on the Message
Boards when she became one of the first Coaches in December 2006. Now,
being a Top Coach benefits her entire team and allows her to reach even
more customers. As she says, “Happy, enthusiastic, successful Coaches
will attract more happy, enthusiastic people who are looking for success.”
PETE PEÑA
Las Vegas, Nevada
Way to go, Pete! He was a high school assistant principal, working
10 to 12 hours a day and feeling the effects of stress, when he joined
Team Beachbody in December 2006 and went from mentoring kids to
mentoring Coaches. He was attracted to Team Beachbody’s focus on
health and fitness, and used the products himself to get in great shape
and lose 30 pounds. Within a year, he had already achieved his goal of
replacing his school-district income—and then some. Now he keeps
setting new, more ambitious goals—including, he jokes, boosting his
Coaches’ incomes so he’ll have a lot of retired friends to play golf with.
STEPHANIE RICHARDSON
Highland Village, Texas
Stephanie’s success surprised even her! She became a Coach in March 2007
because she wanted something to do while her kids were in school, and
needed extra accountability to help her stay fit. She had been skeptical about
the business, she says, until learning that Team Beachbody would actually give
her leads. She gets to work with her best friend, Melissa Hudgens, and what
she thought would be “play money” is approaching her previous earnings from
a full-time sales job. Making Top Coach has been a huge confidence-booster,
she says. “I’ve become a leader, and I didn’t think I had it in me.”

Christine is an incredible role model.
Before she became a Coach in 2008, she
had been working as a trainer for Chalene
Johnson’s company, and became familiar
with Beachbody during the production of
Turbo Jam.® Christine focused on helping
people meet their fitness goals, but she
knows how rewarding it is help others
achieve financial freedom. Her success
is an inspiration to everyone.
MICHAEL FRENCH
OCE ANSIDE, CALIFORNIA
After 16 years in the military, Michael
became a Coach in 2007. Since then, he’s
become debt free, bought a new SUV
with his wife, Tami, and made plans to
move his family to Southern California.
Michael says the 2008 Top Coach trip to
Maui “solidified friendships with other
Coaches that I cherish to this day.”
His advice? “Trust in the Game Plan,
and get your downline Coaches to use it.”

As an underpaid paramedic in December
2006, Robert was already “coaching”
people on the Team Beachbody Message
Boards, so it made sense for him and his
wife, Melissa, to start a Team Beachbody
business. Before too long, they had
paid off their loans and started putting
money in the bank. Using Beachbody
products, Robert is in the best shape of
his life, and he’s more excited than ever
to help others get that way, too.
Milan went from being a teacher to being
a doer. After 16 years as a public speaker
and network marketing executive, she
wanted the same financial freedom she
had taught others to achieve. She became a
Coach in December 2006, and was matching
her previous income 6 months later.
A year after that, her husband Kevin
was able to Coach full-time too. They’ve
doubled their income since then, and
as an Elite Coach, Milan is leading
by example.
David transformed his family. When he
became a Coach in 2006, he changed
from being somewhat of a coach potato
to being a triathlete, and helped his
relatives lose a combined 300 pounds.
He says becoming an Elite Coach has
“exploded” his downline, and he’s
achieved the financial freedom to pay
off bills, buy a new car, and help his
parents. He’s learned that helping
others get fit is easier than he thought.
Traci and her family have been
“blessed beyond belief,” with an income
that’s allowed them to pay her six kids’
expenses, buy a new home and car, and
take exciting vacations. As a longtime
Beachbody customer, she had already
been helping people on the Message
Boards when she became a Coach in
2006. As enthusiastic as ever, Traci
tells Coaches to remember that “people
need your encouragement. Don’t give
up; the consequences are too high.”
Monica’s successful business has
allowed her to become debt free, build
college funds for her kids, and take a
family dream trip to Europe. She started
using Beachbody programs to improve
herself. When people started asking what
she was doing to look so good, becoming
a Coach in 2006 just seemed natural.
Her favorite part of coaching is hitting
the 90-day mark with her customers.
“That just strengthens my resolve to
keep sharing these programs,” she says.
A former firefighter and marketing
director, Blake found himself suddenly
unemployed at age 47. He and his
wife Angie had decided to research
the home-based business with the
best reputation, and in 2009 they
decided Team Beachbody was “the
clear choice.” Their fast success came
from making contacts, setting up an
effective Web site, and teaching new
Coaches to “treat the business like a
business, not a hobby.”
