PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Purpose of the Project is to:
Improve safety for pedestrians at the
Pennsylvania and Potomac Avenue SE
intersection;
Improve pedestrian connections to transit;
Improve traffic circulation at the Pennsylvania
and Potomac intersection.
