9. Relationships between discipline content and the expectations of community

representing, professional associations and representative employers in the field

The knowledge and the abilities are established as didactical objectives and are clearly stated in analytic
syllabuses revised annually. After having been analysed by the staff of the department, they are
discussed and approved in the Curricular Office, in order to maintain the balance and connectivity
between disciplines. During all these stages, we also evaluate the consistency between the content we
provide and the expectations of the academic community, community representatives, professional
associations representatives and employers. As a primary purpose, the discipline ties to offer students
optimal premises for their further studies as Medical Bioinginereeng students, in order to find a position
immediately after graduation in residency programs in Romania or other countries.
