Dear Maam Dellosa:

Greetings of Peace!

I am an incoming 4th year Bachelor in Elementary Education, major in General

Education student. My mother is a public school teacher and is the only one supporting
my studies, since my father does not have a regular job. Last 1st semester of SY 2016-
2017, I was one of the deans Lister.

To enable me to finish all my academic requirement and graduate this March 2018, I
need to take 33 units of load this semester of School Year 2017-2018. I need to take the
following subjects, namely: History 11.1, Math 18 and Math 26.1

I understand that regular students are required maximum number of units, but
considering my status, I really need to take all 33 units subject. Otherwise, I will not be
able to graduate on time. Given my performance, I can assure you that even if I will be
taking 33-unit subjects, I will be able to cope with the demands and requirement of the
subjects and pass all of them.

In connection with this, I am praying that I will be allowed to take all 33-unit subjects
during the 1st semester to enable me to finish and graduate on March 2018. Attached,
please find the list of subjects that I will be taking for the 1st and 2nd semester, for your
reference.
