Cordoba: Woman Stabbed Her Boyfriend to Death While Being Hit.

The 24 year - old woman was punched and she answered with a knife-wound. It

occurred in the city of Marcos Juarez.

CORDOBA. - A 24 -year-old woman was arrested after stabbing her couple in his armpit

while they were having an argument and he was hitting her. The man died when arrived to

the hospital.

The incident occurred early this morning in Marcos Juarez city, 150 miles southeast of

Cordoba city. Luciana Batalla was arrested in the police station as preventive action while

the situation is being investigated.

The couple was arguing at the house they share on Quintana Street when Ezequiel

Carreras, 28, started to hit his girlfriend. She picked up a knife from the kitchen to defend

herself and stabbed him in his armpit.

Batalla called her father-in-law and told him what had happened. A couple of moments

later, police arrived and though Carreras was taken to the local hospital, he died.
Carreras, who worked as a driver for a transport company, arrived to his place after being

at a disco and started to argue with his couple. It is said that he punched the woman, who

works at Bank of Cordoba, and she answered holding the knife.

Loud arguments and shouts were frequent in their house said the neighbours.
