PROJECT CHARTER

PROJECT DEFINITION:-
This project charter is being made for the installation of boilers and heat
exchanger to get the required information for the investment which are made
on this project. It is a contract between project manager and project team
which is focused on three main components which are scope, budget and
schedule with quality agreed upon project. It is very important as it shows over
all approach for starting project, executing, budget, quality, team work. It
covers up everything from materials to work which is procurement, Shell and
Tue exchangers, boiler installation, commissioning.

PROJECT SUMMARY:-

AIM OF THE PROJECT: - to start, execute and finish project with


quality assuring scope, budget, schedule.

OBJECTIVES: - to install heat exchangers and boilers.

PRESUMPTION: - heat exchanger and boilers will must be installed


in a given set of time and with high quality of work of all management
and must also focus on costing and work done on it.

HAZARDS: - all the operating sites must be checked by safety


engineers and all the solutions must be provided to stay away from
hazards to all the managements.

PRICE: - 13440$

TIME PERIOD: - 14 days

PROJECT OUTLINE:-
To install the heat exchangers and boilers within days with high quality of
work, well organised investment under the proper health and safety rules and
regulations which are supervised by safety engineer. The work on installation
must be under the team members and manager and all the managements with
a proper supervision.

To meet the standards of the respected project


Business must be done in a proper manner and customer or client must
be satisfied.
Health sand safety instructions must be followed so that nobody get hurt
during work on sites.
The project, must be completed within the given set of time
Alert the workers for the maintaince of the problems from smaller to
bigger. For e.g.:- leak in a pipe or crack in a heat exchanger.
The project must be productive related to cost.

PROJECT EXPECTATION:-
Procurement of materials and equipments must be provided on time.

Satisfaction of client or prime members.

The site must be supervised and must be issued within the given time of
span

The labour or teams workers must be sufficient to meet work


requirement.

Structural layout and scheduling must be done.

Safety wears must be provided to all the workers of management

PROJECT OUTCOMES:-

High Priority is given to each and every work while arranging or


installing.

Quality of the work and materials should be checked.

Health and safety requirements should be maintained.

Budget must be maintained, focuses on investment or efficient cost.

Awareness of sites to all workers.

Deadline is created to track the progress of the work.

RISKS:-
Plans and layouts documents must be arranged per planned risk
mitigation.
Machines must be operated safely in the site.
Due date or sequences must be tracked and then work progress
according to that.
Every stake holder must be informed about the current progress of the
project or about the risks ongoing.
Every work must be carried in a safe and proper manner
Arrangement for every coverage must be done.
If any risk occurs, important steps to be taken.
Risk analysis must be done to avoid upcoming risk and it will also help in
future risk problems.
The communication must be done properly between each and every
members of management.

BY THE RUNNING OF
DRY BOILER THE TEST
WILL BE PERFORMED
FOR 2 DAYS.
