Using Army MARS National ALE Net frequencies

Please do not use these frequencies back at your home
station with an external antenna (unless you happen to
be Army MARS licensed)
Enable FIX and ALE operation with Type 1
encryption
Set AGC Speed as Medium and Bandwidth to 3.0 kHz
(use 2.7 kHz for voice-only operation)
Create an ALE net with all classroom radios, CT voice
mode should be DV24, PT should be clear (analog), no
encryption
