1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Papa John's San Diego Region Co-Operative - 7875
Convoy Court, Suite 19, San Diego, CA 92111.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, administered, executed or produced by any MLB Entity.

2. Sweepstakes Description: The following terms and conditions apply to the Papa Johns San Diego
Padres Road Trip Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes). Individuals who, during the Sweepstakes Period,
either (i) sign up for, or already be a member of, the Papa Johns Papa Rewards FREE loyalty program
online at www.papajohns.com; (ii) purchase the Padres Double Play Deal Special online at
www.papajohns.com; or (iii) submit an email with Name, Phone Number, Local SD Address, Email
Address and Age to PadresRoadTrip@ExecutiveMediaCommunications.com will to be entered into a
pool of Entrants (as defined below) and provided with an opportunity to have a chance to win the
following prizes:

PRIZES:

1. GRAND PRIZE: roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between a major airport nearest
winners residence and San Francisco (Host City); two (2)-night(s) hotel accommodation (one
[1] standard double occupancy room) in the Host City at a hotel determined by Sponsor at its sole
discretion; two (2) day(s) car rental for eligible drivers including gas, taxes and insurance, winner
must submit personal credit card for incidentals or a $100 gift card for use in the Host City; two
(2) tickets for winner and his/her one (1) guest for one (1) San Diego Padres 2017 regular season
away game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion played in the Host City; and the
opportunity for winner and his/her one (1) guest to view San Diego Padres batting practice prior
to the game from the field. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $1,620.00; actual value may vary
depending on winners city of departure and any difference in value will not be awarded.
2. SECONDARY PRIZES: three (3) winners will receive two (2) tickets to a San Diego Padres
2017 regular season home game determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and one (1) FREE
Papa Johns Pizza. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $120.00.

Game date and seat locations at the game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. All prize
details, including, without limitation, the exact nature and duration of the batting practice viewing
opportunity, shall be determined by Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities at their sole discretion and
subject to availability. Winner or Winners guest must have a valid drivers license and be eligible to rent
a car per the rental car companys sole discretion. Winner or Winners guest shall be responsible for any
damage to the car rental. Winners guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of
residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion
of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as
applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the
prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is
not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil
disturbance or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark
and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB
Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a
non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person at the game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for
weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural
disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League
Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded
as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose
whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize
forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s).

Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Travel and hotel
accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors agent and on a
carrier of Sponsors choice. The winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel
documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel and must have no impediment to
entering the country of the Host City. The winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same
itinerary.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2017, at 12:00:00 AM EST and ends on
July 10, 2017, at 12:00:00 PM EST (the Sweepstakes Period). In order to qualify, entries must be
received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any entries received thereafter shall be null and void, and
ineligible for the Sweepstakes. Papa Johns and the MLB Entities are not responsible for late,
incomplete, or misdirected entries, nor are they obligated to publicly announce the Sweepstakes results.

4. To Enter: In order to be entered into the Sweepstakes, an eligible entrant (Entrant) must, during the
Sweepstakes Period, either (i) sign up for, or already be a member of, the Papa Johns Papa Rewards
FREE loyalty program online at www.papajohns.com; (ii) purchase the Padres Double Play Deal
Special online at www.papajohns.com; (iii) submit an email with Name, Phone Number, Local SD
Address, Email Address and Age to PadresRoadTrip@ExecutiveMediaCommunications.com.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of Papa
Johns.

By entering the sweepstakes, Entrant consents (a) to being contacted by Papa Johns; and (b) to be bound
by, and comply with, all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

5. Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at
the time of entry and reside within the County of San Diego, CA. Sweepstakes is void outside San Diego
County, CA and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors (and their
parents, siblings, spouses and children) of Papa Johns, the MLB Entities and each of their respective (a)
advertising and promotional agencies; and (b) parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, are not eligible to
participate in the Sweepstakes. The MLB Entities shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of
Baseball (BOC), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P.
(MLBAM or MLB.com), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., BAMTech, LLC, The MLB
Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (Clubs), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated
and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common
control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors,
officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
6. Selection of the Winners and Notification: One (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a
random drawing to take place on or around July 11, 2017, from among all eligible entries. Sponsors
decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential
winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the
total number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email July 12, 2017. Subject to
verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared
the official winner of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be required to sign and return a
Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where not prohibited, a Publicity Release
("Declaration") which must be received by Sponsor within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted
notice is sent in order to be declared an official winner and claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of the
prize cannot be contacted, declines the prize for any reason or fails to sign and return the Declaration or
provide any other requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as
undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance
with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will
select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries; up to
three (3) alternate drawings will be held. Once the grand prize winner has been confirmed, three (3)
potential winners will be select in a random drawing for the secondary prizing and notified by email by
July 21,2017.

7. Prizes Conditions, Terms and Restrictions: Only the prizes described in these Official Sweepstakes
Rules shall be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents and/or redemptions shall be made. The
prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. The winners shall be solely responsible for
any and all costs not specifically described as part of the prize, including any travel expenses and
accommodations not specifically mentioned as part of the prizes, and taxes.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes a release granting Papa Johns and the
MLB Entities right to use the winners name, likeness, statements (if true), biographical information,
voice, and city and state of residence for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes on a worldwide
basis (without review by the winner) in perpetuity and in all forms of media, now known or hereafter
developed, without compensation, remuneration, or other authorization. Papa Johns and the MLB
Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability in connection with injury or loss to any person or
property relating to redemption of the prize. Papa Johns and the MLB Entities make no representations
or warranties in connection with the prize (or any portion thereof). Restrictions, conditions, and
limitations apply.

8. Posting Terms and License to Use Entrant Personal Information: In order to promote, market and
publicize the Sweepstakes, Papa Johns and their respective affiliates may require a license to use any and
all information, materials and content submitted in the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, each
Entrants name (and likeness), biographical information, and any other personal information submitted.
Accordingly, by submitting an entry, each Entrant expressly grants to Papa Johns a worldwide, perpetual,
irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable right and license to use Entrants
name, likeness, biographical information, and any other personal information submitted, however Papa
Johns may deem fit in their sole and absolute discretion, whether in connection with the Sweepstakes or
otherwise.

9. Sweepstakes Conditions: The Sweepstakes is governed by and subject to all applicable federal, state,
and local laws. By participating, Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in
these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules may result in
disqualification and any violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules by the winner will result in the
winners disqualification as the winner and all privileges as the winner shall be immediately
terminated. ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
HARMLESS PAPA JOHNS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION CO-OPERATIVE, THE MLB
ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND
AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES, TO ANY PERSON
(INCLUDING DEATH), OR PROPERTY, OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART,
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE
PRIZE (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF) OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED
ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

10. Limitations of Liability: Papa Johns and the MLB Entities shall not be held responsible for late,
misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries. Papa Johns may prohibit an Entrant from participating
in the Sweepstakes or winning in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to
undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair
play, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Papa Johns representatives or
employees. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned including, but not
limited to, by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, labor dispute, fraud, or any other causes
beyond the control of Papa Johns which, in the sole opinion of Papa Johns, corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Papa Johns reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the
potential winner based on eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

11. Claims/Choice of Law: (a) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-
of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event
attorneys fees; and (b) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to seek the award of, and
Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages or any other
damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and hereby waives all rights to have damages
multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of
Entrants and Papa Johns in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings
shall take place in California. All Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
California and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to
any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Privacy Policy, which can be found online at www.papajohns.com/policy.shtm.

13. Winners List: For the winners name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by August 15, 2017,
