custom report.

in Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration.

Security grants are not created for corresponding data roles.
When the Data Role Templates web service is called, the data role is created successfully, but
the corresponding data security grant records are not created in the FND_GRANTS table.
Resolution
To create the data security grant records in the FND_GRANTS table:
1. Access the Authorization Policy Manager user interface.
2. Query each impacted data role. For an organization, many data roles can exist.
3. Refresh the grants for that role. This generates the appropriate FND_grant.

Order Management Cloud

Cannot Make Some Changes to Sales Order that Drop Ship

Supplier Fulfills
You cannot make some changes to a sales order that a drop ship supplier fulfills:
If your sales order includes a model or a shipment set, and if the supplier shipped
some of the order lines but other order lines are awaiting shipment, then you can use
your order capture system to cancel only the order lines that the supplier has not yet
shipped. You must not use any other system or application to change this sales order,
including Oracle Procurement.
If Order Management Cloud sends a purchase request to Oracle Procurement, and
then Oracle Procurement creates a purchase requisition for this request but has not
yet created a purchase order for this requisition, then you can only cancel the order
line, and only if the line that you cancel is not part of a model or shipment set.
If the supplier partially ships a purchase order through a drop ship, then you can use
your order capture system to cancel only the quantity that this supplier has not yet
shipped. Order Management cannot process any changes that you make to the
purchase order. Therefore, you must not revise the purchase order in Procurement.
In some situations, you must not change a sales order that Order Management has already
sent to Procurement. For example, assume goods are awaiting shipment and Order
Management receives a change order. In this situation, Order Management sends a request
to Procurement to place the purchase order on hold. Procurement processes this request,
and then Order Management updates the sales order and sends a request to revise the
purchase order. However, if the supplier rejects this change because they typically do not
accept changes that occur two days before the ship date, then the sales order in Order
Management and the purchase order in Procurement might contain different values.
Resolution
Define a processing constraint. For example, if your supplier typically does not accept a
change two days before the Scheduled Ship Date, then create a processing constraint that
constrains your users from changing the sales order within two days of this date.

Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud Release 12 9

Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud Functional Known Issues

Encountered Procurement Error DOO_PO_OTHER

This error likely occurred because the purchase request sent to Oracle Procurement Cloud
includes data that is not valid.
Resolution
Examine the corresponding error from Oracle Procurement for details, perform the suggested
action, and then retry the procurement task.
Oracle Reference: 22236153

Fulfillment Line Remains at Requisition Created Status Even

Though Application Created Purchase Order
This error likely occurred because Oracle Procurement split the draft purchase order
schedule, but Order Management expected a single purchase order schedule for the
fulfillment line.
Resolution
Make sure the supplier capacity and lead time in Global Order Promising is accurate so that
the buyer or supplier is not required to change the promise dates.
Oracle Reference: 22236153

Order Management Cannot Process Correction for Receipt

During Drop Ship
Order Management cannot process a correction for a receipt during a drop ship.
Resolution
If the shipped quantity does not match the quantity on the original receipt, then it is
recommended that you do the following work:
Quantity on the logical receipt is greater than the shipped quantity. Create a return
order that returns the excess quantity. It is recommended that you do not revise the
quantity on the logical receipt to match the shipped quantity.

10 Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud Release 12

Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud Functional Known Issues

Shipped quantity is greater than the quantity on the logical receipt. Create a new
receipt for the excess shipped quantity. It is recommended that you do not revise the
shipped quantity to match the quantity on the logical receipt.
Oracle Reference: 22236153

Order Management does not Support Return to the Supplier

Order Management does not support a return to the supplier.
Resolution
Return goods to an internal warehouse instead of to the supplier.
Oracle Reference: 22236153

Scheduled Arrival Date Occurs Before the Scheduled Ship

Date
If the supplier manages transportation, then the supplier might move the promised delivery
date to an earlier date on the purchase order schedule so that they can fulfill the sales order.
If the buyer manages transportation, then the buyer might move the promised ship date to a
later date on the purchase order schedule.
Resolution
Make sure the supplier capacity and lead time in Global Order Promising is accurate so that
the buyer or supplier is not required to change the promise dates.

Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud Functional Known Issues

Change Request Feature Is Not Fully Functional

Although Change Request and Deviation Change Request are available as change order types
in Release 12.1, these will be fully functional only in Release 13.6.
Resolution
Implementers are advised to set the effective end date of these change types to a past date
to prevent their usage. You can do this using the Manage Change Order Types task in the
Setup and Maintenance work area.
Oracle Reference: 25405948

Attachments Are Not Copied Over on Item Save As Action

When executing a Save As action for an item, the attachments are not copied over to the new
item even if you specify that attachments should be copied.
Resolution
Download the attachments from the source item and assign them to the destination item
manually.
Oracle Reference: 23741070

EFF Attributes Disappear on Pending Revision of Item On
