The undersigned is directed to state that ECO Cultural Institute (ECI), Tehran has invited
nominations for the post of Executive Director rvith the following criteria/detaii:-

Job Descrintion:
The conduct and management of the affairs of ECI shall vest in Executive Director rvho
chairs the Executive Committee. The Executive Director shall be assisted by Cultural
Experts preferably in different fiolds from the national of Member States on equal basis. The
Cultural Experts shall form the Executive Committee and the number of experts may vary
according to the needs of the institute.

ii) Tenure of Post:

04 years extendable for one year on the proposal ofPresident ECI and approval ofBoard of
Trustees or ECO Councilof Ministers (COM).

i ii) Aee Limit:

Less than 55 years for men and 50 years for women.

iv) Qualifi cation and Experience:

Minimum Masters Degree preferable in Social Sciences/Administration with l5 years
Administrative experience with Government/Regional Organizations/Private Sector.

vi) Language:
Strong command of English Language

2: In light of new deputation policy in International organizations titled "Civil Servants

(Service in International Organizations) Rules, 2016' issued by eitablishment Division, a written
qualiffing test shall be conducted by National Testing Service (NTS), Pakistan. Topics of tr4Cgs type
test (100 marks) are attached (Annex-A). All interested candidates shall apply directly on fqatlonaf
Testirrg Service (NTS) website rvrvw.nts.org.pk by 5"' Iune,2017 after depositing t"rt fee bf Rs.SOOf-
Uy
downloading the online form available on NTS website in prescribed banks. Date of the test shall bl
communicated by NTS on its website and to the candidates later on. The candidates rvho pass the
rvritten test shall be required to produce depaftmental NOC at the time of interview. Intervierv of all
those candidates who score 60 or above marks in written test shall be conducted by the Special
Selection Board (SSB) headed by Secretary, Cabinet Division.
