Joseph F. Salido, by counsel objects
to the admission of the Medical
Certificate for being misleading.
The said Medical Certificate was not
issued by a government authorized
Examining Physician as required by
law.
Joseph F. Salido, by counsel admits
the existence and authenticity of said
exhibits, but objects to the purpose
to which it was offered for being
self-serving, misleading, immaterial
and irrelevant.
The blotter report does not prove
that the alleged incident as claimed
by the complainant did exist; it is
just a record at the police station
based on the statements of herein
complainant.
Joseph F. Salido, by counsel admits
the existence and authenticity of said
exhibits, but objects to the purpose
to which it was offered for being
immaterial and irrelevant.
The statement of the witness does
not prove anything and it is purely
self-serving.

admissions due to the inconsistency
of age of the complainant as
recorded in the Prosecutions exhibit
B.

RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Joseph F. Salido respectfully prays that this Honourable Court deny the admissions of the
foregoing exhibits offered by the Prosecution for the reasons stated above.
Joseph F. Salido further prays for such other reliefs just and equitable under the premises.
