eaTracker Assignment
eaTracker is an online program which allows you to track your day's food and activity choices and compares them to the
guidelines provided by Health Canada. It assesses your food choices and provides feedback on your total intake of energy
(calories) and essential nutrients and compares this to what is recommended for your age, gender, and activity level.

Task:
1) Complete the worksheet below, for one day of food intake.
2) When completed the worksheet check your servings & activity level against CFG
recommendations. If needed go back to your food list and add foods to create the perfect day.
