NOTICE to All CEPALCO Customers

Subject: Load Shedding Schedule for the Period July 27 - August 2, 2015
Due to the Continuing Power Supply Shortage in Mindanao

The Cagayan Electric Power & Light Company, Inc. [CEPALCO] would like to inform all customers
that due to improved water inflow at Pulangi Hydroelectric Power Plant, CEPALCOs load allocation
has increased to manageable levels resulting to continuous power supply in the entire CEPALCO
service area these past days.

However, the power situation throughout Mindanao is still unstable and power supply curtailments are
still being implemented all over Mindanao. Hence, CEPALCO would like to caution all customers that
should load levels exceed our allocation again and NGCP requests for load dropping, CEPALCO will
be constrained to again implement rotating brownouts within its service area.

All customers within the CEPALCO service area are advised to follow the LOAD SHEDDING
SCHEDULE AND FEEDER GROUPINGS for July 27 - August 2, 2015 as shown below.

Actual switch off and switch on time may vary within the announced time period depending on the
actual load curtailment levels set by NGCP on CEPALCO, which changes every hour. When load
levels are within allocation, there will be no interruption to effect at all.
 GROUP 1 AREAS
CARMEN FEEDER 1:
1. Greater portion of Carmen proper along Lirio St. from Trinity Tree St. towards Oak St., Max Suniel St.,
Vamenta Blvd. up to corner Jasmin St. including Waterlily St. and Carmen Market area.
2. Along Mabolo St. from Lirio St. towards corner Rosal St. including portion of Marigold St. from Mabolo
St.
3. Portion of Carmen: vicinities along Vamenta Blvd. from Fernandez St. towards greater part of Ilaya
