Please find attached here with Judgment passed by the Chief Justice of the Jaipur
Bench of Rajasthan High Court about National status for cow as National animal
of India, whereas OIPA - Scouts and Guides for animals in the opinion that, In
India, Tiger adopted as National animal of India, without any rules and
regulations, only to protect and preserve the species, whereas article 48 and 51 A
Grievance (g) of Indian Constitution read with the section 3 of the Prevention of Cruelty to
:
Description Animals Act, 1960 and 5 liberties upheld by the Supreme Court of India, hence I
along with Ms. Sharda Khatkar Kadyan, Abhishek Kadyan, Ms. Suman Malik
Kadyan with Ms. Sukanya Kadyan Berwal of the United Nation affiliated OIPA in
India, adopted 'COW" as National Animal of India along with Tiger, If President
office have any objection then please either clarify objections or accept the
proposal.

It would be pertinent to mention here that the State Committee for Slaughter House, Department of
Urban and Local Bodies (Govt. of Haryana) along with Gau Seva Ayog also recommended to adopt
Cow as state animal of Haryana but not notified yet, whereas PFA Haryana also endorsing OIPA
Scouts and Guides for animals, above said decision.
