Introduction:
Thank you for your participation in this study. We are seeking your opinions to help a
banking company better understand the needs of consumers like you and how to improve
communications with you. The study will be about 10 minutes. You will not be asked to
reveal anything confidential about your personal banking. We are only concerned about your
