General Terms & Condition:

A Sealed and Signed copy of this Terms and Condition page need to be
attached with work-order (if awarded).
Ababil computer also reserves the right to Change or Amend the Price Quotation
or any part of this proposal at any time due to global circumstance.
Our fully trained Engineers will ensure services as and when required.
Any enhancement after signing of this proposal will increase price offer
according to mutual discussion.
This offer is exclusive vat, tax and other government charges.

P ROJECT D URATION
1. Duration of total Project Completion time 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of
placing work order.
2. Installation will require 1 (one) week.

P AYMENT S S CHEDULE
50% of the Proposal Amount must be paid in advance with work order. & Rest
50% within 1(One) week after Installation.
1 (One) year service is free. After that period maintenance service charge
will be applicable. The charge is negotiable.
All payment should be paid through Account Payee Cheque in favor of
ababilcomputer .
W ARRANTY
Camera and DVR Warranty is 1 (one) Year.
After acceptance of the offer engineers from will be in touch to fulfill each &
every user requirements within the scope of this proposal
Warranty will be void, if it is detected that the system halted or corrupted
due to any illegal practice (i.e. copy or re-produce) activated into the
system or hacking activities noticed.
For any changes or amendments or modifications, ababilcomputer must be informed in written
through proper Channel, otherwise Warranty will be void.
