We have crossed the transition point to a new school of thought that will carry this incredible lodge into the next
era, the next generation, and will surely leave its impression in the sands of time. It is my goal to build on previous
successes, and to establish a necessary foothold to carry our lodge to continued success into the future.
1 Carry our ritual program to the next level of proficiency and care. Not for public or fraternal recognition, but to
intensify and impress upon our current and new brethren the true meaning and spiritual significance of our initiatic
rituals. They must walk away from each degree in complete awe and amazement.
2 Further educate and inform our brothers in that they will further understand the philosophical, spiritual, historical,
and personal significance of Freemasonry, and its offering to mankind, and the importance of our ritual, and philosophy
of self improvement with the greater aim of improving humanity.
3 Continue our progress in community outreach, service programs, and public appearance in order to reinforce the time
honored tradition of being upright pillars in our community, and to be of great service to our fellow brethren, our
families, widows, orphans, and to assist the downtrodden who are in need of our aid and assistance.
4 To improve the communication and brotherhood of our lodge to the extent that long inactive brothers feel welcome to
return after long periods of inactivity. To reinforce our duty of communicating with our brethren, regardless of how long
it has been since they have attended lodge.
I have immense confidence in the ability of our officers this year, and will empower them to ensure that we are
individually and collectively successful in all of our endeavors to further launch our lodge to success in the coming years.
God Bless America, and God Bless our lodge.
Sincerely and Fraternally,
Richard L. Fredrickson

Brethren,
It is my intent this year for the lodge to explore the esoteric intent, significance, and impact (intended vs actual) of
Masonic Ritual. Together, we will explore many topics of great interest to all, including our newer Brothers. It is my goal that we
will ALL walk away from this year with a greater understanding and improved appreciation for our Ritual, which will greatly
enhance and improve the initiatic experience of our new Brothers, while inspiring us to strive for excellence in the delivery of our
Ritual.
Additionally, I aim to position our lodge this coming year to earn the Meacham Award, which is awarded to lodges by the
Grand Lodge of New York for performing all three degrees with their own members. Together, We will accomplish this goal.
