Warranty&Safety

Warranty
Warranty applies to the original purchaser of any equipment for private use and is not transferable. The present warranty shall be the
full extent of Crystal Acoustics liability. Accordingly, Crystal Acoustics disclaims all other liability for loss or damage howsoever caused,
arising out of the purchase, possession, sale or use of the equipment and all other terms, conditions and warranties express or implied,
arising out of trade usage or otherwise are hereby excluded.

Crystal Acoustics warranty covers faulty parts or construction defects. Such cases are extremely unusual, but for any manufacturing fault,
we will, at our discretion, repair the fault at our cost. More specifically, Crystal Acoustics will pay labor and service charges for the repair
of defects or, at its option, will replace a defective product with a new or remanufactured equivalent product. During the applicable parts
warranty period, Crystal Acoustics will supply at no charge new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts. However,
after the warranty period, all labor and service charges are your responsibility. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the
original parts warranty period.

WARRANTY PERIOD
1. The warranty for passive speakers is valid for a term of (10) ten years
2. The warranty for the electronic parts of active subwoofers is valid for a term of (2) two years
3. The warranty for Wireless speaker amplifiers is valid for (2) years

CONDITIONS
1. Speaker cabinets are not warranted
2. The product must not have been abused or modified in any way
3. Your original Invoice is your proof of warranty
4. The shipping costs to an authorized Crystal Acoustics Service centre are at the owners expense. We will pay the return shipping
charges to the customer if the repairs are covered by the warranty
5. Warranty terms may not be changed by any dealer or retail store
6. Any repair within the regular warranty period does not infer an extension to the warranty
7. Crystal Acoustics warranty obligations must be performed by a Crystal Acoustics authorized service center

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
If the fault is shown to be result of:
Misuse, including (but not limited to) failure to use the equipment for its normal purpose in accordance with Crystal Acoustics
instructions on its proper use and maintenance
Improper connections
Surface or internal damage of woofers or tweeters
Non-authorized service
Any reason beyond Crystal Acoustics reasonable control

NON-WARRANTED REPAIRS
1. We will inform you with a report of our findings and give you an estimate for repair.
2. All charges will be the responsibility of the customer: this includes shipping (collection and delivery), parts and labor.
3. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you are responsible for collection of the goods from our premises within a specified time
following which we are not responsible to store the item.
4. If the unit is found not in need of repair you will be charged for the examination.
