Greetings public servant:

It has recently been brought to my attention that you have not been making a good faith effort to
represent me. It is a little over a month away, the date you and your co-conspiritors have set for me to
lose my freedom. I require an answer to these questions.

1. What verifiable evidence does the prosecution have?

2. I have in my possession and I have given to you all ready as well, text from Shelby allowing time to
pay him back the money. Meaning nothing that happened fits interpretation of A.R.S. 13-1802. That
said how on earth does anything that transpired that day get construed into a violation of that code?

3. Is it not true that the prosecutor has a duty or obligation as a public servant to file charges that
he/she has first hand knowledge of?

4. Have you interviewed any of the witnesss?

5. Articulate please, the reasoning behind you not wanting my only witness to testifty? (William
Dumes). It seems you are trying to send me to the slaughter. There is a police report #1612118501, I
filed concerning the stolen money. More evidence, of my innocence.

I require a response post-haste.
