PREFACE

Founder and core of the International Vedanta Society, the life of Shri Bhagavan
is a journey for the quest of truth. For the sake of this search, he renounced all material
achievements and followed the teachings of his Guru, Swami Pavitranandaji Maharaj.
In 1984, he reached the blissful state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi or realization of the
Supreme Self. Because of the inherent love and empathy for the suffering humanity,
Bhagavan decide to put aside all the pleasure of transidental realizations and began to
inspire men and women, to help them get a taste of the Supreme Bliss. People approach
him to sit down, rest, drink the nectar of the divine love and get prepared to lead a life
of truth, love and selfless service.

In November 2006 the International Vedanta Society held his 18th Annual
Convention in the city of Varanasi, India. It was a week long spiritual and social welfare
programme, with various delegates from across the country and abroad attending the
Convention. Among these foreign delegates there was a group of disciples coming from
different Spanish speaking countries. At the end of the Annual Convention, Shri
Bhagavan gave a two week seminar on Vedanta, including initiation, to this group of
foreign disciples.

Just before the beginning of the seminar, Swami Shankarananda suggested me to

take notes of Bhagavan’s speeches as a way to have a record of his words in writing.
According to him, every time I would read those words in the future they would provide
me new meanings and insights. The following pages are the result of this work.
Therefore, the reader will not find here a summary of Bhagavan’s teachings or a
detailed account of what happened during these days, but a mere transcript of what was
said.

Of course, to take written notes on a simple notebook while at the same time
being involved in the seminar activities does not allow for full coverage. There are a
substantial number of events and speeches missing here. Nevertheless, the words
registered here were taken as literally as I could. While some phrases or even paragraphs
are fully literal, others are slightly away from what Bhagavan exactly said. In that sense,
my estimates are that there is an overall rate of accuracy close to 70%. It would be
impossible now to indicate exactly which parts of the text are literal and which ones is
just an approach of what he really said.

The resulting style is direct and spontaneus, sometimes including a dialogue

between Bhagavan and the disciples. I have included some brief comments in order to
provide context to his words and make them more readable. Bhagavan’s words are
presented here in “normal font”, while additional comments and other people’s words
are shown in italics.

I would like to thank all the participants in that seminar for their help and
friendship. The main purpose of this work is to provide them with a written record of
the unique experience they surely had during their stay in Varanasi. In particular, I
would like to thank Swami Probuddhananda, who wrote and sent me the two stories of
Padmapada; to Felix, for the notes taken on the 29 November; and to Paula, for the

2
written record of the very last speech. My most kind regards also to all the Swamis and
devotees from the IVS branch in Varanasi for their unforgettable hospitality and love.

I modestly hope the following notes will somehow contribute to spread the
message of Vedanta and help Shri Bhagavan words reach as many people as possible. I
humbly postrate myself at his holy feet.

Francesc Bellavista Barcelona, January 2007.

MEETINGS ALONG THE EDGE

24/11/06, evening
Bhagavan’s room, on the first floor.
Khalispura Ashram, Dashashwamedh, Varanasi.

Nobody but me to blame. What is happening to me now is the sum up of my past

activities and my activities of the present are the foundations of my future. Whether
physical or mental activities.

The world is the result of the mind.

Talk less. When I talk too much I am loosing spiritual energy.

Don’t abuse anybody; do not think bad of others.

Be devotee to your Master, your Guru … you’ll get peace of mind. I am telling you in a
few days my experience of 40 years. To reach that knowledge would take you years and
years of reading books.

Change your mind and everything will change around you.

Bhagavan asks us to meditate for a short time.

Now meditate, try it, it will be short.

Everybody tries to sit in meditation, in silence. We hear some noises from outside,
voices coming from the street. After one or two minutes Bhagavan breaks the
meditation practice.

Have you heard the noises? You can hear them because your receiver is on. If you
switch it off you will not hear the sound. This is how it works, ah. And then you have to
empty your mind of thoughts. If I want this room to be empty I will not bring emptiness
from outside! What I will do is to ask all of you to leave (laughing). In deep meditation,
to go into samadhi, I do not call the void from outside; I simply ask my thoughts to
leave me. It’s like switching off your TV set (Bhagavan makes a funny gesture as if he
had a remote control in his hand).

_____________________________________________________________________

4
25/11/06, morning
Bhagavan’s room, on the first floor.
Khalispura Ashram.

Bhagavan has a cold and some cough too, but no fever. We ask him about his health
and whether he is taking some medicine. That was the answer:

“Surrender everything to God, this is the best medicine”.

There are two ways of sadhana. First, you can do like the monkeys. You see mother
monkey carrying her baby against the chest or on the shoulders, up in the tree. The baby
keeps hold of the mother and feels safe, protected. It is like if he was embracing God.
But there is a danger. If the baby looses hold of the mother –God- he might fall from the
three. The other way is like cats. Mother cat takes her baby in the mouth and moves him
around, wherever she goes. The baby does not embrace the mother, no holding, no fear.
Just letting go, letting the mother do the job. Whatever God wants to do with you, you
just let Him do it. No fear. No will. Just acceptance.

The most important thing, that is Arjuna’s question to Krishna: how to control my
mind? It is not easy; it is very difficult to control the intoxicated mind. But if you find a
Guru who has controlled his mind – and if you feel that I am your master, having
achieved that state – you have to surrender to him, following every one of his words.
Every word has a power. If I say “I love you” it has a power. If I say “son of a bitch” it
also has a power (laughing). Then there are special words. We call them mantra. This
mantra I give you has a tremendous power. Hare Krishna. (solemnly pronounced,
followed by a short pause). It is God’s Name. It is My Name.

On that moment I left my pen and notebook on the ground and prostrated myself at his
feet while he continued talking.

Radha is the symbol of love. If you want to find God you have to be Radha. It seems
very difficult to worship a man like God, but it’s the easiest way.

One of the things you don’t understand is that if I touch you, it is God touching you;
even if you don’t believe it. I am mingled with God. When you worship me, when you
are touched by me, you get every blessing you want or need.

Now I will give you initiation. In Sanskrit we call this Deeksha.

When you drink wine, whether you know it or not, like it or not, the wine in your body
will intoxicate you. It is in the nature of the wine. This mantra, God’s Name, Hare
Krishna, when you chant it … it will also have an effect on you, whether you like it or
not, believe it or not. If you chant it mentally, without using your voice, it will work
directly in your mind. It is more powerful, more pure. Do it 108 times. (He then teaches
us how to count the 108 times using both hands in a dynamic mudra). Do it every
morning, keeping an image of me, a mental image or a photograph. My power will go to
you, immediately. When you do that there is no distance between Calcutta and
Barcelona. Do it every day, with discipline and seriousness in your mind.

Somebody asks him about combining it with meditation.

5
Meditation is good, but it is another thing. Do the 108 japa (repetition) as a regular
morning sadhana, before meditation or to avoid distractions and focus the mind.

(So that day we received initiation or Deeksha). “It is a very important day in your life.
Remember this day, 25th November 2006. Remember this day.”

(Then, instructed by the Swamis, we go to the market and buy him flowers and fruits as
an individual offering for the initiation. We come back to the ashram with the offering
and sing Mahamantra in the usual way: standing up in a circle, singing, dancing and
clapping hands while Bhagavan dances in the center. After that, we sit down in silence
for a few minutes. Then he says the last words of the initiation).

Make spirituality and its practices a habit, a daily habit. Like automatically brushing
your teeth in the morning. After some time it will be part of your life and bring results.

26/11/06
Sunday morning

No teachings today. The foreign disciples are falling sick one after another. Some have
low fever, others diarrhoea, joint pain or skin problems. The Swamis say that all these
phenomena are just manifestations of the physical body’s resistance to the new entry of
subtle energy. Bhagavan shows some sign of physical weakness as well. He has been
releasing much of that subtle energy in the last days, mainly through Deeksha. So we
take a day to rest, enjoy silence, study or do some shopping. Those in better health
attend the morning Mahamantra. In the afternoon we are told that everybody in good
health should attend the evening chanting. Bhagavan wants to see us.

18h. Khalispura Ashram.

Arati (daily Hindu ceremony after sunset, with fire as a central element). Just after the
ceremony, a local devotee prostrates before Bhagavan and tells him about his suffering,
asking him how to proceed. After a short speech in Hindi, Bhagavan switches to
English.

Change your mind and everything will change around you. Fire is just a flame, food is
just food, but if you offer them to God they become the spiritual flame of Arati and the
holy flesh of God called Prasad.

When you come to me, to Bhagavan, you have to set your target and then proceed. I am
infinite. I can give you anything but I will only give you what is beneficial to you, by
which you can foster your spirituality. Then surrender. It is like a mother who will only
give to her child what is beneficial to her/him.

But before anything is given to us, we have to do some activity: an offering, action,
service, commitment, etc.

Bhagavan can enrich the qualities of the person and make the one without legs climb a
mountain or the one who cannot speak he can make him speak, but the will of the
person has to be strong and committed, also through devotion. One has to try and try.
The devotee should try and work. When she or he is exhausted, I will give my full
support. There is a tale that illustrates this.

Once there was a mother bird laying eggs in the shore. But she went away to look for
food and the high tide took the eggs into the sea. When she came back, she could not
find the eggs. She became very sad. Anyway, she decided to try and try to empty the sea
bit by bit with her peak. Day by day she was trying … Useless. Then her story was
known by other birds in the country and reached the ears of Garuna, the eagle who
stands as the king of birds and serves as the holy carriage of Lord Vishnu. Garuna was
touched by this story. So she came before the sea and said: please, give the eggs back to
the mother bird or I will empty you. The sea, knowing Garuna’s closeness to Vishnu,
obeyed and brought the eggs back to the shore.

Do you understand the story, what do I mean by that?

One of the disciples answers:

7
- I think so, Master. You mean that whatever we do with honesty and commitment
reaches the Supreme.

Ah. Acha, acha (an Indian colloquial way to say “ok, that’s it”).

You must set what you want. Fix your mind. It is you who decides what you want.

There is no outside. When you have a question, where does it come from? From inside.
And the answer where is it? Within you! Everything is inside.

Start the day with your 108 Hare Krishna sadhana. Start the day with Bhagavan.

Then he calles some disciples (Morris, Quico, and Carolina). He asks them to come
closer and show him how they practice the 108 counting with the fingers.

Not too fast, Quico, take your time, feel it soft but clear in your fingers.

He explaines again his japa method, insisting that we should try to keep four points of
concentration at the same time: 1) counting each Hare Krishna with the right hand
fingers; 2) counting every ten Hare Krishna with the left; 3) having a clear mental
awareness of the mantra Hare Krishna and 4) having Bhagavan’s mental image
intermingled with the mantra. On this last point, Swami Probuddhananda added later
that when doing the 108 japa we should specially try to remember Bhagavan in those
moments in which we have seen or perceived him as a divine incarnation.

There is a short pause. Then we come upstairs, to Bhagavan’s room, where he

continues the teachings.

“Lord, you tell me what to do, and I will do it”. This is the attitude and you will get
everything. This is the main thing.

If you get 10% of what I tell you these days, you will conquer the world. Only have the
determination.

When I went to my Master, I was thinking of me, but now … I have to think for the
world. He then looks front, showing with his hand a painting hanging on the wall
opposite to where he is sitting. The picture shows him wearing a white long dress and
standing on the planet earth with his arms wide open, as if warmly receiving the
devotees who are coming to him from every corner of the world. I am waiting for you,
people, please, come to me.

If you touch electricity it will do its work. You’ll get a shock. It is in its nature. God
also has its own character. If you touch Him it will have His effect on you.

Everybody’s faces have changed these days. Manel’s face has changed for good
(laughing).

Felix questions him about the feeling of loosing one’s own identity when surrendering
to a Guru.

8
If you are worried about losing your identity … (Bhagavan smiles) It is a small identity.
I am giving you a very big identity. You have 100 € in your pocket and I am giving you
a blank check! Ha ha ha! (laughing).

(somebody asks him about his favourite books)

You ask me if I read books … I cannot give my mind to books, my mind is mingled
with God. I cannot spend my power into books.

The only thing I want is to love you, to embrace you, to give you everything but I have
to control myself. Otherwise, if I give you all my power it will be like a tsunami for
you. I give you only a little drop, only to taste. Next time I will give you a glass to
drink. It is nectar if you drink from me. This is God’s power and this is LOVE.

(somebody asks him how much time it will take to be ready for the glass of nectar)

Can you calculate time, what is time? There is no time, it is our own supposition. We
are timeless. What is time? What is time? Can you tell me? … Time … What time? …
he he (laughing), now is time for dinner … What time? (once more, speaking aloud but
somehow asking it to himself and not expecting any answer at all).

Manel, are you ready to drink more nectar?

-Yes, I want the full bottle.

Then make a contract with her, with Paula, sign it and bring it to me …he he he
(laughing).

9
27/11/0, morning, before the 10:30 Mahamantra
Khalispura Ashram.

Under a clear, blue sky, we enjoy a panoramic view of old Varanasi from the ashram
rooftop. The sun is still low on the East and the morning air refreshing. He is sitting on
a chair while we sit around him on the floor.

Good morning everybody.

Manel, how are you today?

- Fighting with my ego.

Ah. What is ego? You see the blue sky illuminated by the sun. A cloud might come and
temporarily cover the sky and the sun. Bu it does not last. The cloud would be the ego.
The sun is the Atman, Brahman.

He asks a pen and a piece of paper and draws a straight horizontal line. From the
starting point of this horizontal line he draws another line which moves up and down
randomly along and above the horizontal one. The whole picture looks like a wave
moving along the surface of the sea or a mountain range which would rise from a
plane. Beneath the sketch he writes in a weary stroke of hand the word
“consciousness”. He explains that the horizontal line stands for the eternal, constant
river of consciousness which runs deep within us (the Self, the Atman), while the
moving line represents the ego, the mind, subject to constant and unpredictable change.
In rare occasions it comes closer to the Self, almost touching it, only to move again
away from it. Bhagavan’s drawing on the notebook is passed on to everybody to have a
close look at it.

Mind has no value, it changes, and it never stays still. It is illusion. If you fight against
your mind you are wasting your time. We are cheated by our mind. Don’t be serious
regarding your mind. It will not remain. But it is putting enormous pressure on us. The
practices I give you (the 108 japa or repetition) will help you.

Is it clear? All problems are in you, there is no problem outside. When there is no mind
there is pure consciousness, no cloud, blue sky. Sometimes a storm may come, you are
not prepared and you suffer. Chant His Name. And if you are with the Guru, he has the
power to clear the sky.

It is a small time we are getting, and we are all going to the same destination:
Manikarnika Ghat 2. So enjoy life. Mind and trouble are just an illusion.

If you want to grow spiritually, disturbance, troubled mind, temptation will come. It is
natural. But if you stay calm and focused it will go away.

When I began my spiritual way I was helping the poor and giving money to the people
in need, to everybody. Then my mother told me: my son, you should be selfish and give
to your family, your sisters and brothers. Why do you have to think of others when we
need your help? I said to my mother: if I had to be selfish I would keep it for me and
2
This is the place where dead bodies are cremated before throwing the ashes into the Ganges.

10
only me. If I open up, it is to everybody. If you do not share, you are incomplete. I love
my wife, she loves me too and I know she would be pleased if I spent more time with
her. But then, how could all of you hear these things?

When are you leaving? On the 7th? I will stay in Varanasi up to the 8th, when you’ll be
gone. I have given everything you needed by now. The job is done and it will work.
You can go now.

Then we come down to the ground floor to sing Mahamantra. After this, a special
ceremony takes place. Bhagavan sits on his chair while three young girls who usually
help in the ashram wash his holy feet. The Swamis begin to play their instruments:
harmonium, drums and manjira (a pair of small metallic cymbals used for keeping
rhythm and enhancing the music). Instead of the usual Hare Krishna they sing Om
Namah Shivaya with increasing intensity, some of them dancing and others sitting down
with their arms raised, the eyes closed, as in a trance. Some of us join our voices to the
chorus. The intensity of the vibration in the ashram hall reaches a peak moment.
Suddenly I feel a sweet fire expanding in my chest and I begin to cry, for no reason at
all, just out of a deep emotion. Other people also cry. Durgha, one of the girls who is
washing Bhagavan’s feet, falls into samadhi. Two hours later, once back in her senses,
she explains that she had seen Bhagavan in the form of Shiva.

After this ritual, Bhagavan comes up to his room and receives each one of us
individually.
___________________________________________________________________

11
28/11/06, morning
Khalispura Ashram.

We are meditating in the ashram hall. Bhagavan comes down the stairs and sits on his
chair, crossing his legs. After a short silence, he says:

Move, move on, don’t stop … you’ll reach the destination.

And we stand up for the Mahamantra. We sing it for 20 minutes, as usual.

You should intermingle with Mahamantra … Feel it! Experience your feelings when
you chant!

If you take a sweet mango, taste it and give it to others at the same time. Share. Give.
Every day you should give to others, live for others. You will grow. But it requires a big
heart. Every day I give to others. I have cough and cold but I am here to give something
to you.

Oh, how beautiful he looks, sitting on his chair in this strange twilight, holding a rose
in his left hand while giving his speech.

To be a good disciple is hard, but you can do miracles. In a moment. There are no
limits.

Now it is time for work.

In order to illustrate the attitude of a disciple who gives oneself to others, Bhagavan
asks Swami Shankarananda to tell the story of Ramanuja. Swamiji explains that
Ramanuja was a disciple of a high Guru who gave him a secret mantra which
contained in itself the power of Self-realisation. Anyone who could hear it would
immediately realise the Self, but the one who would pronounce it would die on the spot.
But Ramanuja began to call together as many people as he could to tell them the
mantra. The news that a huge crowd was gathering to hear the secret mantra from
Ramanuja reached his master. He went to Ramanuja and asked him why he was doing
this, reminding him that he was going to die. The disciple answered that he was fully
aware of his certain death, but many people would attain liberation while he could wait
for one or more lives.

Have a great ideal in front of you and follow it. Something beyond you, higher than
you. Cultivate this.

If you love people and help them, God will love you. For sure.

The world needs us. The world is burning. It needs people like you. This is the thing.

Have you forgotten your country? Do you remember it? Not much? You are here. The
time you are passing here and now is the best time of the world. Enjoy it. Your country
is where you are and with whom you are at every moment.

Manel, how are you today, still fighting with your ego?

12
Felix is sick? Where is he now?

Your inner work is the first thing to do. Every day I come into samadhi. You also have
to work into yourselves every day.

In the spiritual man the heart is burning every day, but if you don’t open it you won’t
get anything. Don’t cover your heart.

Fire has its own character, it burns. If you approach me like dry wood you will become
a flame, but if you approach me like a stone … Nothing will happen.

It is hard to believe in Guru. You can even believe in him, but it is still not enough. You
need to have a burning desire for Truth. If you stay with me and have this desire you
will understand. In a few weeks or months, may be six months, it will not take a long
time.

Paula, you have seen something. That’s why they came here.

Have you seen Durgha in samadhi? Mum in samadhi? Were they sick? No. Just
sleeping.

Who will know Me, will be mad for Me.

I can give peace. Peace, the most precious thing.

Shankaracharya said that among all holy places there is none like the feet of the Guru.
The complete holy scriptures are there. You will get everything from there … But
common people still go to Ganga to do “pooja” (laughing). To believe in Guru is hard,
but everything is there. Surrender your ego to my feet.

Paula has a good husband but she comes to me, to an old man. Why? In me something
has developed: consciousness. And consciousness is not young or old. It is eternal. It is
light. Light, more light! And this light is also in you, but it is covered.

You have to come to me only to know that you don’t have to move from one place to
another… Everything is in you. If you want to find Brahman, if you want to find
Krishna, they are in you.

And this is business. The more you give to me, the more you’ll receive. The less you
give, the less you receive. There is a commercial show going on here (laughing). I am
giving LOVE. It is an exchange of love. This is the work. It’s all about love. But love is
costly. More than that. You cannot purchase it. And if you don’t get it is because of
your doubts and fears. We live in a fear culture. If you understand all this, none can
make you afraid, not even Bush or Saddam.

He makes a short pause, a silence. Then he looks at the two disciples who have been
meditating in front of him for the full speech.

13
You see Jasbir and Fer meditating? This is the finest state. They are with themselves.
Because company is sometimes good, but it creates trouble.

Somebody asks him about the situations in which, helping others and sharing our love
with them, we actually create a bond because the other person might feel in debt with
us. And the other way around. So how to solve this paradox of helping others while at
the same time not setting them free. Do you mean we have to give unconditionally?

Yes. Do good for others, but forget it immediately. When you take from others,
remember it.

He stands up, closing the morning session. But he still has a few words to add.

Quico, I have put a drop of my love into your heart. Meditate on that. Then go and share
your love with the world … A drop of my love, like a parachute falling silently in the
middle of the night. Nobody knows it. Like Tora Tora …he he he (laughing). You
know, Tora Tora, that movie?

- Yes, Master, the sea battle between Japan and the USA during Second World War.

Aaah… The bombing of Pearl Harbour … Tora Tora …ha ha ha (laughing to himself)3.

____________________________________________________________________

3
Bhagavan plays here with words. “Tora Tora” in Hindi means “just a little” but it is also a
Japanese expression used as the title of a war movie involving the bombing of Pearl Harbour .

14
28/11/06, evening
Khalispura Ashram.

We are in Bhagavan’s room on the first floor. Bhagavan tells us that he is mingled with
God, that he cannot separate his human nature from his divine nature. He reached that
state twenty-two years ago, when he experienced a very high samadhi. Since then every
morning he comes into samadhi.

You know, I didn’t attain that state through austerities or strict discipline. No yoga
postures, not much meditation. Not even reading books. I reached God through love.
Immense and unconditional love to God.

He then explains a personal story about his trust in God. Once his wife had gone to
Assam, but she had forgotten to buy and prepare food for him. He could have gone to
the market, buy some food and cook it or ask somebody to do it for him. Instead, out of
an unshakeable trust in God, he told to himself. Well, I am going to play a game with
God. I will leave this issue in His hands. If God exists and loves me, He will take care of
me. For sure He will bring me something to eat before the day is gone. But the hours
were passing and no meal was coming to him. No breakfast, no lunch. In the evening he
was hungry, but he resisted the temptation to go out for dinner. God will provide, he
said to himself, otherwise He doesn’t exist or He doesn’t love me. At last, a friend came
late at night to the house with a letter for him. He asked Bhagavan if he had taken any
dinner. Bhagavan answered “yes, thank you, I‘ve had dinner already”, but his friend,
noticed that there was no sign of food or cooking in the kitchen. He then turned to
Bhagavan and told him: my Master, I see that you haven’t eaten anything. I don’t want
to know why, but please, come to my house and you will have a big dinner with my
family. So they did.

Since that day I have never again played games with God, he he he (laughing).

______________________________________________________________________

15
29/11/06, morning
Khalispura Ashram.

A group of 12 disciples has spent the night on the other shore of the Ganges in a
shamanic ceremony. They all look tired after a sleepless night. They had also taken
“medicine” (ayahuasca 4). The usual 10:30 am Mahamantra sounds a little less
convincing this morning.

If you dance and sing Hare Krishna you get more energy, more light (said to Aurélie,
the French newcomer).

Then Bhagavan sits on his chair, feels the situation and says:

Try to go into meditation, do it. Meditate.

We meditate for 10 minutes or so. Then he calls Guillermo.

Ramcharan, come here … Since that day, the day you felt into samadhi (10 days
before), how do you feel, what changes?

Guillermo says that he feels more depth in his spiritual path, and also like being in
another plane, another dimension. He adds that he is experiencing weird changes in his
physical body. He puts off his shirt and shows 5 or 6 rashes in differents parts of his
skin.

(to all) This is the character of a true devotee. Now it is your work to become a true
disciple, a true devotee.

He asks then Swami Probuddhananda to stand by his side and tell the two stories of
Padmapada, Sankaracharya’s disciple.

Padmapada, the disciple of Sankaracharya was very devoted to his master. He seldom
attended the classes on Vedanta that Sankaracharya used to give amongst His disciples.
He used to engage himself in the service of the Master, washing the Master's cloths and
linens, cleaning His room, preparing food etc. The other disciples thought that his
disinterest in the Vedanta classes were because of his inability to understand the depths
of Vedanta. He was thus looked down upon and became a matter of joke to other
learned disciples. Shankaracharya knew this but kept His silence for the right moment
to come. One day while Shankaracharya was giving the classes, Padmapada was busy
washing and drying the cloths of the Master on the other side of the river. In the
meantime, there was flood in the river and it was a very dangerous proposition to cross
the river swimming. There was a bridge which was in quite a distance. Here
Shankaracharya was totally lost in the description of the beauty and relevance of the
Scriptures. All of a sudden, He called Padmapada. Padmapada heard his Master
calling him. He couldn't wait for a second long. He jumped into the river. The other
disciples started shouting because they sensed a certain danger for Padmapada. But as
he jumped into the river, his feet found lotus flowers wherever they stepped on, which
enabled him to float in the river. He crossed the dangerous flooded river literally
walking on the water. Wherever his feet fell, it found lotus to support it. He crossed the

river and came to the feet of his Master. Shankaracharya was overwhelmed by the
devotion of His disciple. He said -- though Padmapada doesn't attend my classes still
he has understood the essence of the Upanishads. And this was possible only by his
devotion to the Master. He was named Padmapada henceforth, the lotus feet or the feet
with lotus.
There goes another story of the devotion of this disciple of Shankaracharya.
Shankaracharya had established the true essence of the Vedas through His
commentaries on the Vedanta. This proved fatal for the then popular worshippers of
mysteries known as the tantrics. Once a tantric suffered by the infallible intellect of
Shankaracharya, lost all his grounds and decided to take revenge from Shankaracharya
by killing him. He came to his service in the guise of a disciple. After a few days he
somehow was able to penetrate the inner circles of Shankaracharya and his devotees
and became very near to Him. One day, while everybody was away, he disclosed his
desire to sacrifice Shankaracharya for a sacred practise of his. Shankaracharya
thought that as He was a monk, He had no use of His material body so He agreed to lay
His life for the cause of this tantric. On the given day, Shankaracharya, without
informing any of His disciples, went along with the tantric to allow Himself for
sacrifice. Padmapada was sleeping in the Ashram then. He dreamt that some wicked
power was killing his beloved Master. He was a devotee of Lord Nrishimga Deva, who
is half Lion and half Human being. He ran towards the place where the tantric had
taken Shankaracharya for sacrifice, roaring like a lion as his Master approached the
place of sacrifice. The tantric fearing a lion ran away leaving Shankaracharya alone.
Padmapada is believed to have turned into a lion for that moment. He thus rescued his
Master from the clutches of evil.

This is the character of a devotee. Do you understand? You should obey my words.
When you go back into your country I won’t be there with you, but my words will stay
with you. You should obey them.

(S. Probuddhananda still standing behind him). Probuddhananda had some trouble with
his family when he became my disciple. But now his family is proud of him.

There are so many beautiful, big characters in the world, like heroes. Try to be like
them.

Shankaracharya is the root of Vedanta and he died at 32 years old. Within 32 years he
wrote so many books, he founded many monasteries all over India, he did so many great
things. In just 32 years.

Do you know Margaret Nobel, disciple of Vivekananda? She was Irish and she died for
his master in this land of India. Also Mother Teresa from Calcutta.

I do believe you will do good for society.

(to Paula and Manel) You take Indian citizenship, maybe you could open a dentist
cabinet here he he he (laughing).

We do require you, we require people like you.

17
It will be troublesome the day you leave. I will be difficult for me. We are like a family
now. When is your train leaving? What time? You’re going to Delhi by train, isn’t it?

Manu. – Yes, by train, but what do you recommend us?

I don’t recommend anything for travel. I only recommend Hare Krishna … he he he.
Just these two words: HA-RE KRISH-NA.

Short silence.

Can you see your future? No

Can you see your past? No
Can you see your present? Yes.
There is only present. Don’t go to the past, do not wonder about the future … Try, try,
be in the present.

Carolina crying on his lap.

She is crying. She has given so much for spirituality and now she has got it, that’s why
she is crying. (He embraces her) Come my baby, you are my 16 days baby.

(To Jasbir) It is painful to me that she can’t understand me. But I try to speak through
my gestures, face, eyes… I send all my love to her through my eyes. And I can see her
love to me in her eyes too.

Fernando prostrated at his holy feet. Bhagavan friendly is taping him on the shoulders.

He has given so much these days. He has learnt a lot.

Bhagavan enters a dialog with Marianne. She is on her knees in front of him, sitting
down on his chair. He is holding her hands while she dances. Beautiful.

Bhagavan keeps on talking. Tired and sleepy, out of concentration, I can’t follow his
words anymore. I put the pen in my pocket and bow to him, resting my forehead on his
feet for 3 or 4 minutes. During that short span of time I can feel a soft yet clear and
powerful beam/pumping of energy from his feet to my brow point. Finally he indicates
to me that it is enough. Still on my knees I look at him, surrendering, and I say “Thank
you”. He then asks me to write everything he says. Only what he says and what is
happening. He then shows me his palms, wide open:

What I say is not a book. Look my hands, there are no books there. You write a book,
but don’t exaggerate. Just what it is.

Khalispura Ashram

Winter is coming.

(to Felix) Is your health ok?

Morris, come here. You’ve arrived here on 15th November; at that time you had no idea
about your Master, tell something about your Master.

- I can’t stop loving you. You have given so much to me, to the brothers and sisters:
power, responsibility and love. I guess that explains everything about you, Master.

Is there something special about your Master?

- It is not about my mind or intuition. It is about heart. I can feel you reflect the truth, it
is obvious. That’s special.

Thank You. Now, Anna, go and say something.

- Words seems so limited to express what I am feeling. Gratitude and Love have no
price. I think I would need a process to digest all of this.

Anna: Thank you … and thank you (almost crying)

(to Carolina)Tell your daughter to say something in Spanish.

- Willem ¿por qué quieres a Bhagavan?

- No lo sé.5

Why do you love us?

- No lo se. (then the little girl asks Bhagavan) ¿Por qué nos quieres?6

There is no reason. One thing is clear: here sits a man who knows more. If there is God
I must love him. That’s realization. After taking this decision he is a man.

God is everywhere: in your country, in your house, here. Asking for God … He is
almighty, this God exists everywhere. Once I wrote to my Master: “I am not sufficient”.
Then my Master gave me a lesson in which he spent 24 hours. I have plenty of time, he
said: God is.

Sometimes you get everything you ask. Now you require only determination: “I must do
it”. Try it try it, your mind will tell you it is possible.

5
- Willen, why do you love Bhagavan? – I don’t know.
6
- Why do you love us?

19
Spending 24 hours giving lectures… I have no bondages, I have given away every
contract, I am free. We are not free, some people are not free, they are chained with
iron. You are chained with gold.

You do not know what is freedom. I know what freedom is, so be free. This is not the
way of sacrifice. You don’t have to sacrifice anything. You enjoy this world. Always in
here there is some tension, in you. It is like if bad lawyers where coming after you.
Where is the danger? It is pure science when you get free. Now you are being held in a
cage. If you get out of the cage, other company will tell you: “Where are you going?
Come”. I would say: “I am free going to the sky. God is freedom.” Now there is
freedom. We can easily go to others countries. I have no bondages.

(To Paula) Where is Manel? He is ok now?

I have a family. I have my wife my daughter but I managed. Long time ago there was
quarrel, problems in my family. Then power came to me and my daughter is free, my
wife is ok. I know that God is doing everything. Now is ok.

I am telling to everybody to chant Hare Krishna. If something bad is coming to you,

chant this Name. Practice. It is a practical word.

Guru is everything in your life. He is truth, knowledge, he will tell you how to start,
how to manage with you family. I am thinking for everybody, it is my duty. But you
follow the pattern.

(Here Bhagavan was talking in Hindi and English)

Darkness is calling everywhere but here is light, this light is your knowledge. It comes
from your heart.

Everybody is doing some work, it should be done perfectly, and if you practice Vedanta
it should be perfect. I have giving you enough. You should practice; you know the path.

You have tried to visit some temple. You are ok?

Here Bhagavan stops for a while and Swami Shankarananda gives a short speech.

“Bhagavan was telling yesterday and also in the morning about human inquisitiveness
to know the Self and the company of a real Guru. Now we must know the way we have
come and from where we got all that. So we always understand the human eagerness to
know the Self, to have this desire to know it. This is the most precious of all subjects.
Vedanta is said to be the ultimate knowledge: coming to know the Self, overcoming all
our limitations and bondages and setting us free.

There are tree types of Guru The first one initiates and goes. The second one initiates,
communicates consciousness and goes. The third one initiates by his touch, by his voice
and by his love. He infuses spirituality to his devotees. When someone comes in touch
with Bhagavan somehow this person falls in love with Bhagavan, with IVS. As Morris
said “I cannot stop loving the Guru”. In the same way the Guru does the same. What
we have seen in here is not a common thing. By his love, touch, thought he can infuse

20
spirituality with everything. We can feel the power by sitting by his side, chanting the
mantra. He is like X- Ray, but those rays we cannot see … but they are so powerful. We
cannot see it but we can feel it. It is something which is here, we can feel the spiritual
power.

As Bhagavan said, realization is religion: that is the core. Realization is direct

transfusion, direct transformation. Human mind should be a force leading you a from
self-centered to God centered standpoint. But man thinks about how to get more money,
how to get more things and in this way becomes self-centered.

This kind of love cannot be expressed. It is transfused from the heart of the Guru to the
heart of the devotee. It is pure spirituality. What he has given in this few days is more
than enough. We must cultivate this thing with the power of our heart. Let us
concentrate in the words he has given us. We have to meditate, think for others, study
Vedanta. He has made spirituality into practice: the practical spirituality. That is
because spirituality has touched all the scenes, all spheres of life, all classes of people.
You have to think of others. We have got demonstration about spirituality. We do not
want disturbances, but this is not the ultimate state. We have to think of others.

In the International Vedanta Society (IVS) we had mental tortures. We had a lot of
disturbances. But we think we are working for the benefit of mankind. As you well
know, a mother sacrifices everything for his child. Guru is like a mother: he sacrifices
everything for his disciples.

We must become like him. Even if we can become a fraction of him, mankind will
change, because he keeps nothing for himself. We all see the Swami’s renunciation but
Bhagavan’s renunciation is much bigger. He is our creator. IVS is the beginning of our
new arising; we have to conquer the world with our realization.”

Female’s ashram, in a private street with pretty nice houses. Varanasi.

He had received us in this place the first time we met him, three weeks ago. It seems
that the circle is closing itself and we are about to finish where we started. Bhagavan
has been in hospital, suffering from a sudden raise of his sugar level. Now he is sitting
on a chair, wearing a white woolen cloak and holding an orange garland of flowers on
his lap. His face looks healthy and shining. He looks radiant. Nobody would say that he
has been in hospital for the last two days.

Quico, in these last two days you haven’t seen me … But I was with you, isn’t it?

- Yes, of course, very intense presence, Master.

Because I am not sick, I am not my body, I am everywhere, in eternity.

In spirituality, as in any other field, there are good days and bad days. Good days are
those in which you remember God, you feel love inside you and everything flows
around you. Bad days are when you forget Him and everything seems wrong. Accept
both. Do like me. I accept Judas and Jesus, both. Be brave, accept everything easily.

If there is a lie in the world is that there is a body. It is illusion. When you go to sleep,
where is your body? You only see your body 16 hours a day. During 8 hours you miss
it. Everything is changing: cells, blood, mind … Your body is changing every moment.
What remains? What is permanent? Love. Love is eternity.

Why do I love you? Because it is my character, it is my nature. You are not my brother,
not my son, you are just the same thing I am. In Vedanta we believe in oneness and
love. Love is everything, we are all love.

Bhagavan asks Diego to take one of sweets from the Prasad bowl and divide it into 10
parts. He then tells Diego to hand them out to the devotees. Everyone takes his part and
tastes it.

How does it taste? Sweet, isn’t it? Each one of you had a part of a ball made of rice and
sugar. Every little piece is separated from the others but the quality, the nature of each
portion is the same. So it is for love and oneness. You can see different people, different
things in the world, but they are made out of the same stuff: love.

We are going to oneness; this is a journey to oneness. You can enjoy oneness in
samadhi. In that state you feel oneness, the transcendental self.

Can you divide the planet with lines we call borders? No, the planet is one. Forget
borders.

There is a story of a buffalo with a mosquito on his head. By the way, there are a lot of
mosquitoes in Kolkata. Well, after a few hours the mosquito felt that he was making the
buffalo suffer or at least disturbing him. Some consciousness had developed in the
mosquito. So he then told the buffalo: oh my, friend, for so much time I have been
bothering you, I am sorry. And the buffalo, surprised, said: who are you? I hadn’t felt

22
you; my skin is so thick I can hardly notice anything. It is a boring life. But now that we
have become friends, please, do me a favour. I would like to feel you more intensely, so
go and bring all your community!!

Apply the same to borders, countries, immigration and so on. Don’t be disturbed by
others, be like the buffalo. Avoid war. War is inside us.

Are you practicing your Hare Krishna? It works. I have been 22 years doing this type of
thing.

So I am leaving for Kolkata on the 5th December. And you are leaving on the 6th? Next
time, Conchi, come back learning a little bit of English, for me … You too (to Jasbir).

(to Carolina) These days, what happened in your life?

– I have felt peace and love.

Ok, the love you have developed inside you, try to feel it for other people, for
everybody.

I am not giving a certificate after the course. You will feel it in your heart.

I am not from another planet, you know. I want to live in your heart. Everybody’s heart
is my house, that’s why I have no house.

This love is going on for 16, 18 years. And I am and old man now. Jasbir, I felt in love
with you. And you are falling in love with me. If I knew Spanish it would be a very bad
thing for you. We would be able to communicate better and you would never return to
Spain!! He he he (laughing). And the same for you, Conchi.

Let us chant Hare Krishna now.

We chant and dance Mahamantra with him for 20 minutes. He then goes upstairs to
have some rest, while Swami Shankarananda stays with us. There are some new visitors
and he tries to sum up for them some of the essentials about oneness and Bhagavan.

On oneness he gives the example of the sun and the 10 pots filled with water. You can
see the sun’s image reflected in the pots and you might guess that there are 10 suns. If
you break one of the pots you will see then 9 suns reflected. But you know there is only
one real sun shining in the sky. You can have as many pots as you like and break as
many as you can, there will always be one real sun.

On how Bhagavan works he said that oneness or love is a quality which is already in
everybody. Bhagavan does not project love inside you, he is just igniting it. We are like
a match that has the property, the quality of fire in it. It only needs friction. Bhagavan
only does friction.

Bhagavan does not only believe in worshipping, he believes in becoming. We must

proceed every day just an inch towards oneness. Expand our heart, accept everybody,
till the day we can accept both Jesus and Judas. Once there, keep marching.

23
Bhagavan does not give long and structured lectures. He is spontaneous. In the same
way you cannot put pressure on a cow to give milk, because she will only give it when
the milk is ready, you cannot expect from Bhagavan anything that doesn’t come
naturally, spontaneously from him.

Swami Shankarananda closes his speech with a nice statement on love and Guru. He
says that the bond of love between the Guru and the disciple is the bondage that breaks
all the other bondages, all attachments.

4/12/06, evening
Female’s Ashram.

Farewell speech.

I want to say something for everybody. It is time for me to go. We were all together for
15-20 days. In these days I have loved and received so much love that I didn’t know
that such love could exist. Some people call me God, but still I would shade some tears.
It is a big surprise to know that in Barcelona there was so much love for me. If I were
younger I would go with you.

I do not know how it happened that young people like you have felt in love with an old
man like me. After coming into the spiritual path there have been moments in which I
felt I was going to leave my body. I have written in my diary that I want to die. But now
that I have felt your love I don’t want to die anymore.

What I have given to you I can’t calculate. But I want something from you: that you
never deny your love to me.

Go back home safely.

Let me go to my home.

To the little children from here, Varanasi, I have nothing new to tell them now. Their
love brings me once and again to this city, so there is no much to add.

I want to summarize. I have talked too much in this Convention. But I have learned a
word that I would only say: TE AMO.

Paula is a young woman of 25 years, but her work in this 25th year I cannot say what it
means to me. Before you came she had a message for me. The fact that you have come
is a great joy. But I cannot give all the facilities, food, room, sleep and so on. And for
that you have suffered fevers, diarrhoeas and other discomforts. But I want to give you,
all of you, all my love. I want to ask you if my love for you is true or not.

Some voices say ‘yes’.

Paula, and some of you, is just 25 years old and she can experience that love for many
years to come. But me I am old and I have not much time left to feel it. You have a
golden opportunity.

In the International Vedanta Society we have a line in our constitution which says that
we have to preach Vedanta and that Vedanta is Love. Now, go to the world and preach
it, share it. Vedanta is Love.

Speech in Hindi.

I am an old man of 65, but I am not sent to an old people’s house. I have all of you, all
these people who love me…I am so proud and happy. Again one request to you. I want
to have breakfast tomorrow with you all …But you prepare it … You know, like the last
supper with Jesus.

25
Manel, I am wearing the stone you gave me (a long, shiny quartz stone hanging from a
seed necklace). It gives me strength. Is it a stone from Spain?

- From Brazil.

Ah, very well, you know what is giving to me?

– Love.

Aaaahh… You please tell me what you will prepare for me tomorrow.

– Omelette, with toast.

Aaaahh.

Speech in Hindi.

It is time of departure. Please, Paula, come here and say something.

Paula gives a short closing speech, followed by Manel and Quico.

26
5/12/06
Female’s Ashram.

Morning, after last breakfast and Mahamantra.

What I realised is that only God exists. Brahman exists in everybody, He is everybody.
Everything: my soul, my voice, you...everything. From the atom everything is coming.
Because of the nature of atom I realised that thing. Supreme Brahman is everything. He
is sitting here, God is sitting here; God is listening here. And this is the game. When
you realise this thing you have nothing to do. You have nothing to do. Everything is
going on, happening. Before knowing this you think “I have to do this thing, I have to
do this other thing”. You are not the doer. You are not the doer. You cannot do
anything. Nothing you can do. Nothing. Your mind, your body, they are controled by
this Supreme. Both, Me and He, we are the same thing. I know. I am sitting here, he is
sitting here. He doesn´t know (randomly pointing to somebody in the room). I know.
That is the difference, nothing else. But we are the same. He is Brahman, I am also
Brahman. This is the main thing.

Through our life we are trying to acquire knowledge, all our life … this not? […]. The
difference between man an animal is that animal can not search for knowledge, they are
limited by the nature, but you can search for the knowledge. It is extreme knowledge.
Long time ago old philosophers realised that everything is Supreme Brahman,
everything is God. You are God, you are God ... It is not clear to you, but it is clear to
me. That is the difference. Nothing else. Everywhere that life is going on, spiritual
knowledge is going on. Counsciousness is everywhere. I am telling you … Atom. By
atom we are generating everything. Try to realise how we discovered atom....Who
discovered atom? Man ... by his knowledge. So knowledge of the man is supreme than
the atom, it is not? I am seing the computer, total science. Everywhere this
Counsciousness; I am telling that it is not my consciousness. It is Supreme
Counsciessness. You have to do nothing but you have to learn this.

Everything is happening. You know, this planet, this Earth ... But we also know that
some time this Earth will not remain. This is also a knowledge. It is the knowledege of
the science. Nobody will remain, nothing will remain, this Earth will not remain. But
there will be something , that is the Supreme. And that is “the” knowledge.

But when you realise the Self then you bow to your own feet, you salute your own feet.
You are happy with your body, happy with your mind, happy with your friends, happy
with your mother because she has given you birth. Rama, you know, the husband of
Sita… When he realised his own Self he first saluted his own feet. That is Supreme
Knowledge. Yes, automatically it will come. Then you can find what is the father of all
that. Because it has given this body and it is the cause that you can be realising these
things.

It is so beautiful. Only One exists! Only One.!

I must say it is no so hard, because a common man like me can realise these things.
After realising these things, what is happening to a man at the age of 65? What is he
doing? You have had a direct demostration. Is it not? She is my wife (showing a
picture). She is also helping me in this way. She is my daughter; she is preaching

27
Vedanta also. So you see, for knowing this knowledge what a man can do. See me. That
is a demostration. You have seen many good doctors that are going down to my feet. It
is because their Knowledge is not sufficient for them. But I am not going to bow to their
feet. I don´t require anything. I am self sufficient. I must want, I must bless that you
reach to the peak.

Be God, do you understand? Be God. Are you afraid of this? Being a God? What is the
harm in you? It is a big chance. I am telling to you frankly. Every man is God. Only
God exists everywhere. You can say Self, you can say Guide, you can say Atman. So
many names are there.

- (Quico) Sometimes I have a glimpse of what you are saying. But then I loose it. The
ego comes back and back here. And I ask myself about becoming God, realising God.
And then my ego says that it is a huge responsability on my shoulders.

No. There is no responsability on your shoulders. No responsability on your shoulders.

You are breathing. You die. What will be the harm in your society ? If you have a wife
she will cry for two days. Only two days. What happens when people die in a war?
What happens to the world? Nothing. I am thinking in this way. So I am God. God
Man. There are people that always say: ‘you are God, please give me, give me’. But I
know that I am nothing. I know I have done nothing. I know, everytime, I know. I have
done nothing. Is because you are taking this responsibility, for that reason you are
suffering. When you succed your ego is satisfied , when you don´t succed your ego is
insatisfied. It is the main sign of spirituallity. You are nothing. But do all this work.
Knowing this you know that He is doing everything. It is a true fact.

I am telling I am a God Man, you are also God. But if I die in an earthquake, collapsing
this building. What will happen to the world? Some newspapers will publish it in the
last page. And in the third day it will vanished. What is your responsability.Who are
you? Who are you? You are thinking in this way. I have no responsability but I am
giving lots. I told you you have breakfast with me. But I am not taking breakfast. But I
prepared everything, I managed everything, I sent people to purchase eggs ... As it is an
ashram eggs are not allowed. But for you I had done it. But I have not taken it. You can
do in this way. Without taking any responsibility.Who knows that he has no
responsibility is a responsible man. Who knows.... I have no responsability, sincerely,
He has all the responsibility.

You understand this thing? It is so much beautiful.Who thinks he has the responsibility
will fail. His ego will destroy him. Bush is saying I am the Supreme of the Universe, but
now he is telling it is my failure for Irak. Yes, we like people who have responsibility.
But I am telling that I have no responsibility. There are no two things. This world is His
playground. He is playing with us.

- He is playing with us?

Yes, it is a game. He is playing with us. Nothing else. You know it. He is playing with
us. You should be in His hands and say, Oh God, let you be welcome by me. I am
nothing. What is your responsibility? you tell me.What is your responsibility? I have
nothing. You stay here, you live here, you die here. What will happen? Who knows? In
this course of people living in this world if I die, what will happen? Some people will

28
cry “Oh God”. Seven hours it will take. She is telling: “Oh My husband, he does not
love me.” But if he dies after seven days she will take another. This things happen in this
world. It is a playground!!!You play. You should be with the tools. You play with the
tools. A knife. With a knife we have cut this ommelette. Knife has no character. Knife
has nothing to do. The hand behind it touches the knife. And the mind working behind
this hand is moving it in this way or in the other. Atom. Atom has no power. Atom
bomb has no power. The power is in the mind behind atom bomb. I have also no power.
I want to be a tool. I am a tool in His hand. I know that I know nothing.

It is a playgroud. It is magic. As because you people, from Spain, come to see a foolish
man who is telling that “I don´t know nothing”. You are spending so much money to
see a man who is telling “I don´t know nothing”. I know only God exists. And He is
everything. He is that lady....is he...You are all foolish … ha ha ha (laughing). To come
to India to see a man who does not know anything, ha ha ha.

I have realised that only God exists and he is everywhere. You have no duty. No duty.
When you were born, in that time you were free. You have no duty, no responsibilities.
Everything was given to you. Milk, love... but you didn´t know in that stage. After 2 or
3 years you didn´t know what happened to your life. You see a baby...No responsibility.
The responsibility lies in his mother. Be like this, like a child: “O mother God”. If your
ego forms and develops you will suffer lots, do you understand?

Understanding is the first point. Practicing is the second point. Achieving third point.
And last point. If you practice regularly you must achieve. You must. True things I am
telling. You just hear. You see my way of life. You are loving me for that reason. I am
going to hospital, everything I am taking. But I am taking everything seriously. Who is
taking the responsability? First minister? The president? If man takes the responsibility
will not be more starvation, no war in this world. You have no responsibility. You know
it. First hear, then chant in your mind and then realise it. And then send me a letter
“Yes, God, I realised all these things”

If I die here what will happen? Nothing. You will cry for a moment. Then you will have
to take your train and go to Spain. Everything, everything is subtle. You have to go in
this way. Everything is subtle. Like the train. Train has no capacity to go on the other
line. Controlling that train. We are all controlled by Him. You understand? This thing
is happening here, this is His control. It is His desire.

It is enough for you . You come to a far place to see a man who doesn´t know anything.
It is the last revelation Ok? Everything is destiny. You have to go. It is destiny. You
have to go. Everything is destiny. You have to go... You have to move...Everything is
destiny.

I am blessing to you all. Be foolish as me. I am telling to you frankly that you have no
responsibility. No responsibility. You are free. You were born free and you will die
free. You have no responsibility Only God exists. Even a single breath you can´t take. Is
it not? Are you remembering? Everytime I am taking my life and I am taking breath. No
single moment I am remembering that I am taking breath. He is doing it for me. Jesus
realised this, Mahoma realised this. I realised this. “Oh my real father”, Jesus is telling
this. One thing you know regarding Jesus. One disciple asked Him “Oh Bhagavan, I

29
want to see God. Have you seen the Son of the God” And Jesus said, “Yes, you are the
son of God”.
You have seen a God. But he is a foolishman. He is not going through any book, no
dictionaries. I have no books in my hand. Only the Name: Hare Krishna Hare Krishna.
This is salvation for me. Everything. These two words.

Keep your mind clean. Keep your mind clean. Everything will come to your mind. The
twelve commandments. It will come directly to you.

Goodbye to all. Goodbye to all. Be happy.

If you desire less, you will be happier. Desire less. Otherwise you will be in excess.
More desire more frustration, more poverty. More poverty. Ok... No matter. Everything
is destiny and you have to move.

Bye.

Hari Om Tat Sat.
