Conducting full investigation of accident / incident, including near misses. Determines probable
causes, develops circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures. Conducts
documented Predevelopment safety orientation with new site employees or returnees prior to
mobilization to project site.
Carrying out all duties and responsibilities on a project. Assumes supervisory and other functions
called for on the project.
Monitor and control daily work progress.
Carries out daily site surveys to ensure only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and
fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained.
Approved tools are being used and sufficient personal protective equipment provided and properly
worn.
Closely monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit required confined space entries,
crane work / lifting operation, hot work, equipment energization, lie-ens and similar hazardous
activities and ensure that all relevant requirements are compiled with.
Check and ensure compliance of site work force with the approved safe work permit system /
procedure in the plant.
Participates in Corporate / Project developed safety training / incentive and awareness programs
Arrange an emergency meeting for my subordinates when progress is below my expectation.

Coordinate for all safety procedure for the personals, equipments at the site.
To conduct weekly safety meeting with client and sub-contractors.
Overall and day to day supervision of all safety procedures.
To prevent accident by eliminating unsafe act and unsafe condition and also to control the work
environment.
Determining that operation meets or exceeds acceptable safety and government standards.
Orientation of newly hired workers on company rules and regulations and company safety policies.
In-charge of all safety implementations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, general safety meetings and investigate accidents and near
miss accid
