WhatwecanavailtoyouisagenuineGuaranteeBondwhichisissuedonthebasisofa
LoanAgreementwiththeLender.CashfundscanbedrawnfromthisGuaranteeBondin
linewiththetermsoftheLoanAgreement.Yourbankorfunderwillreceiveavalid
GuaranteeBondissuedandsentviaSWIFTbyaPrivateBankandadvisedthroughRMA
relationbanks.TheInstrumentisavailablewith3yearvalidity(at8%total)or5year
validity(at10%total).

WEAREFACILITATINGSWIFTMESSAGES.
Working with a number of direct SWIFT providers we are able to facilitate SWIFT
messages or issue Comfort Letters through Banks or a Financial Institutions via the
following SWIFT formats MT199, MT799, MT798, MT998, MT999 or Hard Copy
(Courier).WealsofacilitateBankGuaranteeinstrumentsunderMT760underourgeneral
policytoprovidesuchinstruments.FinancialinstrumentsareadvisedbyuseofRMA
correspondentrelationswithbanksinmanymostcountriesglobally.
TheBasics

ThisServiceisnotareplacementofyourdutytopayforyourowndebts.Itismerely
anenhancementservicetoenabletradeandprojectfinanceforyou.
Therewillbeacontrollingfeatureincorporatedintheinstrumentverbiagebythe
issuertoavoidcallingtheinstrument,unlessrelevantarrangementsaremade.
Theserviceisavailableonlyiftheclienthassufficientfunds(orathirdpartywho
provideshimwithsuchfunds)topayfortheissuingfeesoftheinstruments.
ArrangementandIssuingfeeswillhavetobedepositedonescrowwithathirdparty
escrowagent.IfyoudonothavefundstopayforArrangementFeeandIssuing
Fees,orifyouarenotpreparedtofollowtherequiredmodeofplacementofthefees
andpayment,thisserviceisnotavailabletoyou.

Howwework

(1)YouplaceanapplicationwithusfortheTradeFinanceService.Forthispurpose
youuseourApplicationandComplianceQuestionnaire.Thishastobeprovidedto
usisamostcompletemannerwithalltherequiredattachmentsforduediligence.
(2)Weperforminitialduediligenceanddiscussyourrequestwithourbanksand
financialinstitutionsandstructuretransactionprocedures.WeissueaMemorandum
ofTradeFinance.Thisispresentedtoyouforacceptance.
(3)Ifacceptable,youwillplaceanagreed,fullyrefundableArrangementFeewith
an independent Escrow Agent. It is earned and released to us if the transaction
commencesandtheserviceisprovided.Itisreturnedtoyou,ifthetransactionisnot
consummatedsuccessfully.
(4)OncetheArrangementFeeisonescrow,contractsaredraftedforyourtransaction
andforyourapproval.
(5)Onceapproved,youwillhavetoplacetheIssuingFeesonescrowwithan
independentescrowagent,withabank,orafinancialinstitution.
(6)OncetheIssuingFeesaresecuredforthetransaction,theserviceisprovidedas
definedinthecontracts.

(1)Youwillhavetoclearwithyourcontractualpartnersorbankswhichservice
verbiageisrequiredandgenerateadraftoftherequiredinstrument.
(2)CompletetheApplicationandComplianceQuestionnaire.
(3)Providethiswithalltheattachmentsthatarementionedinthatdocumentfordue
diligence.
