Saturday 22nd July to Sunday 23rd July,2017 at Brahma Kumaris, Om Shanti Retreat Centre (ORC)
Pataudi Road,Gurgaon, Haryana.

1. Please note that the Sessions, Stay and food are of no charges.

2. Participant/s and all the persons accompanying have to manage arrival at venue and departure from venue
of their own. We dont provide any pickup from and/or dropping at any place.

3. On the Spot Registrations are not allowed. Advance online Registration is compulsory for all- main
participant and all the persons accompanying the main participant on first come first serve basis at website
http://itwing.brahmakumaris.com

4. Registration Confirmation mail will be sent to each and every accompanying person/s so that advance travel
reservations can be made.

5.After receiving Registration Confirmation email, main participant and accompanying person/s have to email
Travel Plans (i.e. Arrival details at Venue and Departure details from Venue) earliest , a Special Conference
Participation Number (CPN) for easy check-in will be issued to all- main participant and to every
accompanying person/s.

6. Please note that accommodation to main Participant and to every accompanying person/s holding Special
Conference Participation Number/s (CPNs) only will be provided in Brahma Kumaris premises as per the
Conference Schedule from (earliest) 5:00 pm on Friday July 21st, 2017 till (latest by) 5:00 pm on Sunday, July
23rd 2017.

7. Boarding and lodging will be arranged at venue. Brothers (male) and sisters (female) even husband and
wife, will be accommodated separately and so you are requested to pack your luggage/stuff accordingly so no
one face any problem at venue.

8. Main participant and every accompanying person need to bring at Venue:

a) Their Original and Photocopies of Valid Photo Identity Card/Proofs at Venue.

b) Toiletries including towel, necessary medicines etc. that may be required during stay.

9. Participants and accompanying person/s if interested and want to go for Sight-seeing will pay themselves
for the same.

10. Every participant and all the accompanying person/s should note that at Brahma Kumaris premises,
smoking and any form of alcohol or tobacco are strictly not allowed. Outside food also is not allowed. If
anyone found carrying or/and consuming the same as mentioned will be shunted out from the premises
immediately.
