Traffic problems

Traffic would only be a problem if it interrupted sound, however no sound needs

to be recorded

Local conditions: Weather is set to be 29 degrees and sunny which is what I

need for my video.

Intrusions: (passers-by, music, airplanes/trains, general interruptions to filming

and audio)

Passers-by could be an issue for some shots, however apart from that there is
most likely no interruptions.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or
if you return to it to film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1 st shot/ gone in next,
poster on wall/gone in next shot)

All filming is being done in the same day, so continuity will be fine.

Electricity/Lighting issues/Sound (will you need an electricity supply and is

there access to one? Is lighting adequate or does it need altering? What sort of
sound equipment will you need?)
There should be no issues for this because the natural lighting of the sun is the
perfect lighting because of its warmth, sound will not be a problem at all and we
will have minimal equipment so no electrical issues.

Set dressing:

No set dressing is needed, it needs to look lively and natural

Welfare

There are many shops in the area, public toilets and more for the cast and crew
to refresh themselves

Parking/Public transport to location:

There are plenty of different parking spots, however all filming locations are near
to each other so we wont be driving.

Draw a sketch/ take a photo of your location indicating possible

positions for cameras and a route map to the location

I will be filming all around this area.
