Difference in Success Levels

Not long ago, there were six passengers that got kicked off a plane due a minor issue.

The plane security stated that the man was being disruptive, because he refused to get out his

seat. The issue occurred when the airline made the mistake to double book his seat which he had

bought tickets in advance. A white flight attendant stated that he was being a threat to the plane

and forced them off while five more people vouched to get off to stay united to fight this cause.

Equal success in both white and black males be altered because of race? I believe that in the

United States theres a huge problem with segregation that needs to be resolved.

104,000 dollars on average in a normal household. While white families have an average

125,000+. Here lays a huge issue in the economy between the two races. Blacks are not exposed

to the production jobs as they should be.

Secondly, the incarceration numbers are higher in black males than white, but the same

type of crime is being committed by the same type of perpetrator just a different skin tone.Crime

levels where I currently reside in Charlotte, NC at the highest peak difference in incarceration

numbers in blacks than in white. Type of crime that involves any race should have the same

potential as the other. To make matters worse, there is an article that explains how one in three

black men will go to prison in their lifetime.According to the document states that if one robs a

liquor store it is tempering justice with mercy also that is our idea not mix with a response to the

issues.

The jail system in my opinion is a biased system as of the incarceration.

Should black families that are not able to produce as much for their children as a white family
not have the same opportunity as the next? Scholarships that are offered to wealthy white kids

should be offered to the black kids with an inspiring and promising future. On the campus of

Butler University the administration removed all school scholarships awarded to African

American students. The actual whole state of Indiana is an acquaintance with the cause revoking

the scholarships and the main man of the cause cant be of any help because he himself is in fact

a black man. Of course, not the students who just get by but the ones who take their education

seriously. Also African American collegiate level athletes should be granted the same

scholarships as the next Caucasian kid. Collegiate scouts should not come to a game and

discriminate against the better player do to race.

While some people to this day still think the White race will and always should be the

superior race, which is wrong on so many levels everyone should be treated the same. This goes

back to the KKK era which stands for Klu Klux Klan when the organization would have hatred

towards African Americans just for simply being black. Back in the time that the organization

was at the peak now it has died down today but still is lingering around. The era of time that we

are inputting the thought of discrimination back into the situation this is why it is creating an

issue

Theres a racial gap between white and black families , a white families brings in nearly

six times more than a black one. On average a black family brings in about 100,000-104,000

while a white family average 125,000 monthly.

Also there is an incarceration widening spread between black and white males. Once again black

men are six times more likely to be incarcerated in federal, state, and local jails. A recurring
crime such as DUIs, a black male would be considered a threat in a sobriety test and most likely

be taken away. Black Americans are falling behind in the educational system . According to

educationnext.org black students are scoring lower between the grades 4-8th . This is mostly

behind the reasoning that the different socioeconomic statuses , scholarships , and the quality of

the school.

While other people may say that all success levels are all equal in todays society theres

no difference between whites and blacks.

Even though the research shows the huge gap between the two races and the success to go with

it. As an African American male I can tell you that we as a whole have come far in the lack of

success, that we have been placed in. Dating back to Martin Luther King Jr. when he led a

nonviolent prohibition to gain rights to blacks.

Still to this day theres still segregation in public school systems in the United States , even when

this was banned from being able to occur.

The graph just presented to you illustrated the following statistics about the success levels that

differ between the two races.

Author Laura Shin is a well respected author who has been writing about these sort of problems

since they were brought up to her attention a while back. She has proven the fact gathering

information about local crimes that are going on in the area. We should believe in what shes

trying to do for the change for the better and her deep concern for this issue in the United States.

Now , for my part I plan on getting involved in the community and starting groups for students
who one are not getting treated the same as other kids. Getting them involved in the festivities

and getting them the confidence that they need.

Does a black males success differ from a White male? Black males success rate differ

from White males because of the wealth gap between the two.Black families consisting of four

individuals only bring in 120,000 while a white family of four brings in 150-160,000.Black

families dont bring in much, while a white families bring 150-160,000 and black only bring in

120,000 theres a huge wealth gap between the two.This quote can be used to back up my point

that it's harder to succeed being a Black male.Shes been writing about these type of issues or a

very long time

Black students are scoring lower on placement test even though its socioeconomic status,

scholars, and qualities the school. According to research black males are stressed and not doing

tremendous on test while they receive less educational opportunity African American males are

having to basically teach themselves the knowledge they need to know in order to be successful.

Research is actually indicating that white students that are in the same caliber classes are doing

fine while you have blacks struggling.. This backs up my point because it shows the adversity

that black students have to strive and push through in order to maintain in life.opportunities,

while white male students receive the education required to be successful.Even though some

people believe all success levels remain the same through races, it is proven to be tougher to

succeed as a black male because the racial gap in the economy between the two , black men are

more likely to be sent to prison, and black students are failing in the educational system. Black
students are failing so tremendously because of the lack of work put in by the lazy discriminating

teachers in todays society
