StrongLifts Muscular Potential calculator

This spreadsheet calculates the maximum muscular potential for men. Its based on Casey Butts
research on top bodybuilders before steroids existed.

Enter your height, wrist, and ankle size in the yellow columns. Youll get your maximum lean mass
and body-weight. Youll also get more realistic 95/90% goals - the former being a good lifetime goal
for natural lifters. And youll get maximum muscular measurements for your chest, arms, legs, and
neck.
Ive added Reg Parks stats for comparison. The idea isnt to get to his size as this is unrealistic for
most people - he was one of the best. Instead, it serves as reality check for people who think they
can get bigger than human genetics allow. Reg Park didnt have 20 arms, you probably wont either.

These predictions assume you do an effective training program like StrongLifts 5x5. It also assumes
you eat well and are consistent. Check out the program at http://stronglifts.com/5x5/
