Careful and with lots of love to details we rebuild and renovated this cultural asset of
Salzburg to create an exclusive hotel for you, that offers every luxury you would expect,
without losing the flair of this historic building.

In 1619 Archbishop Paris Lodron laid the foundation stone to todays Htel Bristol. For
centuries the building was residence of several noble families. Numerous times it was
extended and rebuilt until it got end of 19th century its present look. The city of Salzburg
opened in 1892 the first hotel of the city with electricity, the so called Electricity-Hotel.
The electric generators of the hotel provided the majority of the electric power for a big part
of the city.

1903 the hotel was renamed into Hotel Bristol. The term Hotel Bristol is renowned and
common for a lot of hotels worldwide and goes back to the city of Bristol in the UK where,
for the first time travelers were accommodated for payment. Approximately 90 years ago
the hotel was bought by the family and is ever since one of the few privately owned hotels
in the city of Salzburg.

Our hotel bar is located on the ground floor with a spacious lounge and an open fireplace.
Opening hours are daily from 11 am to midnight.

Bathrobe
In the bathroom a hotels own bathrobe is at your disposal, which you may buy at the Front
Desk.

Beauty & Wellness

We are pleased to make appointments for a massage, hairdresser or a cosmetician on
request. Right across the street you will find the beauty salon Lisa Cosmetics. For further
information, please contact our staff at the Front Desk.

Breakfast
Start the day with our sumptuous breakfast buffet from 7:00 - 10:30 am. Sundays, bank
holidays and during festival times until 11:00 am. Of course you can also have breakfast in
the room. Please hang the ordering list on the evening before on your door or call the
restaurant (number 7).

Computer
In the lobby and the SKETCH LOUNGE two computer terminals are available day and night.
We are pleased to provide a Laptop in your room on request.

Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room on departure day by 12 noon. If you would require
a late check-out please contact the Front Desk latest on the evening prior to your departure.

Dogs
Please feel free to bring your small dog (up to 5 kg) with you. Your four-legged friend stays
with us for 15.00 per day. However we would like to indicate that in case of damage the
holder of the animal is liable. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant.

Excursions/Rental Cars
We are pleased to inform you about leisure activities. If you want to rent a car or order a
limousine chauffeur we are pleased to arrange everything according to your personal
wishes.

Fire
In case of fire, please act prudently and follow the signs to the emergency exits. Report
immediately fire or burning smell. Do not use elevators in case of fire.

Flight-information
Please contact our team at reception for information, bookings and confirmations. The
nearest international airports are Salzburg and Munich. We would be pleased to arrange a
transfer to the airport or train station.

Flowers
The Front Desk would be pleased to order flowers for you. These will be delivered then as
soon as possible.

Guest Comments
Your honest and constructive comment is important for us. Please contact us directly if you are
using one of our services were not satisfied. Only then we can be your and our own high standards.
We are looking forward to hear your opinion. In your information folder you will find a form which
you can fill out.

Hairdryer
All our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Ironing & Sewing

Please contact the Front Desk for ironing service or sewing work. We are pleased to forward
your wishes to the housekeeping promptly.

We offer to take your letters / postcards to the post office for you.

Lost & Found
Should something go lost during your stay or you forget something on your departure, we will
retain the lost property discreetly for you in the office of the housekeeper and send them to you on
request.

Luggage
If we can help you with your luggage, please contact the Front Desk.

Magazines
Magazines and newspapers are available at the Front Desk for you. On request, newspapers
can be brought up to your room as well. Should you require special, especially
international, newspapers, please let us know the day before.

Messages
After consulting you, we will connect incoming calls for you. Messages, faxes or mail news
will be brought up to your room or will be kept safe at the Front Desk in your absence.

Minibar
Our minibar refills daily. The items taken from your minibar are registered by the
housekeeper and will be charged to your room.

Money Change
We gladly change for you your foreign banknotes to the hotel-day sentence at the reception into
euros.

Office work
Please talk to the Front Desk if we may help you with office work. Sending and receiving
faxes and e-mails are as well possible as copying and printing documents.

Pharmacy/Doctor
We are pleased to name you the closest pharmacies on duty and might take care of various
errands. Please consider that we have to abide by the law regarding prescription
medication. In case a doctor is required we are glad to refer to the doctor on duty. In
emergency cases we will organize medical aid right to the hotel.

Photographer
We will gladly arrange a photographer for personal memories of your stay at Hotel Bristol
Salzburg in Mozart's city. Please contact the Front Desk.

Pillows

Safes
In your room you will find a safe where you can store your valuables. Of course, we can
keep youre your things in our safe at the reception for you as well. We do not take any
liability for exposed valuables.

S hoe Shine Service

If you want to have your shoes cleaned overnight, we kindly ask you to put your shoes
outside the door on the eve. Please contact the Front Desk if you want to have your shoes
cleaned during the day. We will immediately pick up your shoes and bring them cleaned
back to your room.

Smoking
In our SKETCH BAR & LOUNGE you can find separate sections for smokers and non-
smokers.

Table Reservation
We kindly ask you to reserve a table in our restaurant Polo Lounge in time. Please call our
restaurant at extension 7 or the Front Desk at extension 5. Of course, we will recommend
you other restaurants in the city and surrounding area or restaurants according to your
preferences.

Taxi
If you need a taxi, please contact the Front Desk.

Telephone
All the rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone. The phone fee is
0.22 per unit. To get an outside line, please dial "0". If you want to call another room,
simply dial the appropriate room number. Please let us know if we can be of any help in
finding your desired number.

Television program
Your room is equipped with a television and a remote control. You will find a TV guide with
the current television program in your information folder. You will find an overview of all
the channels in your folder as well.

Tourist-Information
The Salzburg Tourist Information Office is located on Mozart Square and is open daily from
9 am to 6 pm. At the tourist information you will get information about Salzburg, tickets to
cultural events and more information. With pleasure, we will assist you for all tourist and
cultural arrangements.

Vases
Please ask our housekeeping for suitable vases.

Voucher
Make a very special gift to your family, your friends, your colleagues or your business
partners. Be it a romantic dinner, a breakfast, a night in a suite or a stay for a very special
occasion. We can prepare the vouchers for all hotel services. Please contact the reception -
