May 5, 2017 ‘To Whom It May Concern: Re: Jillian Remillard, Teaching Position J highly recommend Jillian Remillard as a candidate for a teaching position at your school. Thave had the pleasure of working with Jillian for the past school year. She is a driven, organized teacher who works to develop good relationships with her students. Jillian spends time talking with students in the hallways, during transitions, breaks, and after school. She spends several hours after school coaching and working on drama productions. I was very impressed by her dedication to work with students and teachers to ensure the student productions were successful. Jillian takes her time to develop interesting and engaging lessons that include all learners in the classroom. She is willing to share her resources and materials with other teachers and staff, Jill is also able to work cooperatively and effectively with educational assistants. Jillian was very flexible when working with other teachers to share educational assistant time, Several times an EA was called from her classroom to assist students. Jill was able to adapt her lessons last minute to accommodate her students’ needs. Jillian has a wonderful rapport with students of all ages. Her ability to teach from grades 3-9 is commendable. Jillian would often be seen going from the junior high wing to the elementary section of the school. Jillian accomplishes all her assigned tasks with great enthusiasm and with a positive attitude.
