GROUP WORKOUT EACH PLAYER WILL:
aaPRACTICE ANALYTICS
We stat everything and send daily progress reports to
every player. This allows everybody to track their
progress during the program - helping to keep them
engaged. The stats also hold us accountable and ensure
we're hitting our daily goals.
At the end of the program, coaches will get a full report
for their team’s progress throughout the entire week.
