Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava joins OPaL as President

Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, who has joined our organisation ONGC Petro
additions Limited (OPaL) as President on 15.03.2017.

Shri Srivastava, a Masters in Chemical Technology (with specialisation in

Plastic Technology) from HBTI, Kanpur of 1985 batch is having more than 32
years of experience in diversified technologies of petrochemical operations.
He started his career with Oil India Ltd and worked there for 5 years before
moving to Reliance Industries Limited.

He has rich experience of large size petrochemical complex from inception

to production stage which includes conceptualization, project execution,
pre-commissioning, start-up and plant stabilization and process optimization.
Shri Srivastava is a certified Energy Manager, certified black belt for six sigma
and have two patents to his credit. A trained and groomed professional on
Corporate Management from AOTS, Japan has also extensively worked in
the areas of benchmarking, new product development, people
development, mentoring, coaching for developing leaders.

Prior to joining OPaL he was working with M/S Petrorabigh in Saudi Arabia and
was heading all upstream units of phase II namely, Naphtha Complex, Aroma
Complex (Paraxylene & Benzene), MTBE unit, Isobutylene Unit, Methyl
Methacrylate, cumene, phenol, metathesis units, etc.

With his rich and diversified experience in Operational excellence and

Leadership roles along with in-depth understanding of petrochemicals
environment, OPaL will achieve its Vision. We wish him great success in his
new assignment as President, OPaL.
